  As far as I know there are two different models of laptops L30. The difference is apparent with the number PSLXXX. Are you sure that you downloaded the good stuff from Toshiba for your laptop model?

  BTW: when the laptop to factory settings, you are able to create own Tools & Utilities CD. This CD can be used for each installation of additional operating system.
