• How to install Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license) upgrade to Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license)?

  In may 2016, I bought and installed Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license, v. 2015.006.30201) available for download from Dell's digital delivery, running on Windows 10.  At that time there I wasn't sure that I would need Acrobat Pro DC, but as a precaution, I checked with Ivan Adobe sales on 13/05/16 what Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) would be upgraded Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license).

  In late August I bought Acrobat Pro DC Upgrade (perpetual license) as a package of DVD (part No. 65259139). Upon receipt of the package, I noticed the upgrade label, said that she would only install for users licensed of Acrobat Standard or Pro (version X.x or XI.x).  Before you open the package, 31/08/16 I still checked with Kelly (x 9036) and his supervisor in the field of after-sales service of Adobe products than the part above no. 65259139 will recognise and upgrade of Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) in Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license).

  Today, I opened the package and tried to install the upgrade, without success.  The Installer opens in mode configuration DC (Classic) Adobe Acrobat - Acrobat Pro DC - not to mention and it only offers the following program Maintenance options: modify, repair, or remove.  Change the option runs but leaves the existing DC to Standard of Acrobat (perpetual license) unchanged.  The repair option requires the addition of the Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) Setup disk.  I have the 24-digit serial number but no disc, since Acrobat Standard DC (perpetual license) has been downloaded.  I have not tried the Remove option, because there is no indication that the program will then install Acrobat Pro DC (perpetual license).

  Please let me know the correct way, tested to install the upgrade in these circumstances.

  If you do not have an earlier copy of Acrobat then you can buy the full version or subscribe to the Document Cloud.  You can find more details in the Plans and prices | Adobe Acrobat DC .

  Yes you can upgrade XI Acrobat pro DC of Acrobat.

  Also when installing acrobat DC who will need the serial key of acrobat pro XI as acrobat DC.

  I just upgraded to Acrobat Reader DC and I am unable to take a snapshot of a PDF and paste it on another PDF file, I have to paste in word and then to the PDF, it becomes blurry this way and also has a lot of text in blue instead of black in the picture.  Is there a way I can copy a PDF file and paste it on another PDF file?

  Or is there a way of reversing this adobe to the previous version?

  The files are not locked or the other and I tried the guide help without success.

  Everything sticking the snapshot of one PDF on the other we add a layer to the PDF document that you paste the snapshot. You cannot copy & paste in the player of free application, you will need Acrobat application for her.

  Uninstall Acrobat Reader DC using tool cleaning Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

  Then install Reader using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and check if it solves your problem.

  The answer is you can't. The only versions of Acrobat software eligible for upgrade to Acrobat DC are 10 Acrobat and Acrobat 11. Unfortunately, your only option with Acrobat 9 (or any other previous version of Acrobat) is to buy a full license (not updated). Please contact Adobe customer service (which is not here) for a refund or Exchange.

  I have Acrobat Pro XI on a Windows 7 computer.  I received a notification in the lower right part of my home screen indicating that I have to upgrade to Acrobat DC.  I've selected the option and immediately received an error "cannot pass."  Acrobat Pro, the option help / check for updates indicates there is no upgrade available.

  If you have a subscription of A11 then you are eligible for an upgrade to Acrobat DC.

  However if you have a serial number for Acrobat 11 then you need to buy Acrobat DC which is available as a

  I'm sorry but you are not eligible receive an upgrade Acrobat DC.

  Update is only for users that are currently running Acrobat X or XI.

  In your case, you can buy the desktop together for Acrobat DC version.

  Also Acrobat 7 is not a supported version and is not available more.

  The only option for you is to buy the whole DC Acrobat and not upgrade.
