Upgrade to Windows 7, it's fun, but it still crashes... How to get back?

Even if I just turn on my computer and not do something, leave it on, Windows 7 will crash within 30 minutes.  I can't find Vista Home Premium my Windows CD.  I have one from another computer that I own (e-machine, versus the dell who is disfigured by 7).  The e-machine cd-rom tells me that I don't have enough disk space to install Vista.  I don't see any instructions on how to "go back".  Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there is no way to "roll back" and installing Windows 7.

You will need to reinstall Vista from the Windows Vista DVD recovery supplied with your computer. You will need your license key as well.
