  Whenever random strange behaviors creep, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Hi, a problem with my laptop optical mouse 3000 with windows 7 64 bit.

  the problem is that I am not able to scroll in the yahoo mail Inbox and in the Favorites of google chrome, but others such as scrolling through site Internet is fine. Makes me kind of stay away from windows 7 and stick to windows xp.
  Another thing, it was that the experience with movement/pointer speed in windows 7 64 bit was totally different. experience with the speed of movement/pointer is at the time when I uninstall the driver and use the default windows HID-compliant driver.

  I doubt it could be the driver problem.

  I agree with the hammer. Try to update the BT software and make sure that BT is successfully activated.
  If the problem persists with the two devices (mouse and phone mobile) I imagine that there is a problem with the BT antenna or module BT.

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  I suggest to uninstall and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:

  (a) click Start, type Device Manager in the start search box and press enter.

  (b) expand Bus USB controllers.

  (c) right click on each device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.

  (d) restart the computer and reinstall the USB controllers.

  (e) connect the removable USB storage device and perform a test to ensure that the problem is solved.

  you're not going to get a lot form this community with the help of MS HW on your Apple product. I'm the rare exception when I threw my MM2 against a brick wall and I went back to my IntelliMouse because it works as advertsied.

  I installed firefox I heard that it's better than exployer. The problem is that Web pages are not as wide as my screen. They reach from top to bottom, but not on either side. I look at the same pages on exployer and they are "full screen". The zoom does larger fonts. It does not fit on the screen. I hope there is a fix.

  Command-bar spacing & Option + command + SPACEBAR doesn't work when the hand tool is active... It is used to do at any time. Does anyone else have this problem? I saw people having this issue up to 2011, but none of the "fixes" have worked for me.

  I just transferred everything from my old macbook pro (where it worked fine) to a 27 "new iMac. I use a (NON-BLUETOOTH keyboard and razor WIRED mouse) which is what I used with the macbook pro. I have also uninstalled/installed PSCC and IllustratorCC. BTW, it does not work in Illustrator.

  OK, I fixed it. The iMac wasn't properly grateful for my keyboard... I guess that was the origin of the problem. Use a Bluetooth keyboard and trashed the old bluetooth profile and paired with the imac again and everything is good. Thanks to all of you for help.
