  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a smartphone BlackBerry in Mode safe

  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup of your PC... Please see the Backup link in my sig auto on this post for instructions.

  Did you run the System File Checker?  If so, what were the results?  If you haven't done so already, you will need to run (sfc/scannow) so that it can check your system files for all questions.  Also this happens after any update is installed, or only the current links that are pending?  I suggest try to install an update at a time and see if you are able to get the updates installed or not.

• SW2 does not start after update

  I've updated my SW2 yesterday and everything seemed fine, but now when it connected to my phone the SW2 kept rebooting.

  I tried to turn it off, and now it does not start at all I just get 5 vertical bars on the screen. She is completely loaded and not recognized by the PC.

  I used the creative cloud to download all new 2014 updates LR 5 was an update.  All downloads and installations reported successfully.  I opened PS CC 2014 and he launched and loaded correctly.  However, LR 5 launches the screen flash for about 2 seconds, but does not start.  I try to go to Cloud creative to download and reinstall, but LR 5 as it is installed and won't let me not re - download and install.  I also tried to pass on the new adobe creative cloud site and tried to download it, but it is comes up with a message that the link requires a launch program... have no idea what happened to the program.  Totally baffled with this new cloud set up!  Your help is greatly appreciated.

  I contacted just supported and the mast has been resolved. Here's what we did:

  Remove the LR5 of the Applications (Macbook Pro) folder application

  Download and install the new LR5.5 software via the web on adobe.com

  Start LR (it worked)

  Sign out of Adobe CC app

  Connect to Adobe CC app and he finds LR and scored is installed.
