  • URIHandler with unsuccessful installation CC

    I spent hours trying to install CC on my computer. I even uninstalled the trial from my computer and it does not help. If I connect to CC on Firefox, I get a popup URIHandler. If I connect to CC on IE I have a popup that gives the impression that it will install, but does not seem to do anything. If I try to open it on my computer it says that my trial ended. My subscription is through my school so I don't have a serial number, I have a redemption code number. This really shouldn't be as much of an installation problem.

  • Download questions student creative cloud

    I have already contacted my computer school but I didn't have much luck, so here I will try again. I went to GIO, where we get membership of the year for cloud products creative adobe, but my account has expired last week. I'm still studying full time.

    In the login screen, I clicked "Log in with the ID of the company" and connected to my email happened to lead me to this page:

    I have an assignment this week that I need Photoshop, so I clicked on "Download" in Photoshop, which lead me to this page


    I tried to open the link in the two applications (CreativeCloud (URIHandler) and creative Cloud.exe) and for the two options, I click 'OK' and the Application of just launch goes. Photoshop is not going in my downloads, and my creative application cloud appears. The only option I have to get a program is 'try', not 'download '.

    Since I have a few assignments I need these programs to complete this week, I downloaded the trial that will make me on the rest of the week. Bridge CC, Manager of extensions, Extendscript Toolkit CC CC and Touch App Plugins all have an install button, but everything that I've already downloaded just give me the option to "try".

    So, how can I access the full application of the year?

    I had a friend to understand the problem for me. I had to log out of the creative application of cloud, uninstall all traces of cloud creative adobe on my computer and run CCleaner. We redownloaded everything without problem after that. I have a windows.

    Without the help of Adobe I tried to use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.

    In the user guide for AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool Adobe says contact us if there are errors in the log after you run this tool and guess what there are errors in the log file, but there is no way to contact the Support from Adobe and to get this other file for them. I've been a customer of creative cloud for months, and use that I got from her was ridiculously low all this lack of reliability. I really miss the days you installed only once a year and maybe fix something and then you were set for a year of cruise with your Adobe products. I am very disappointed, and unless Adobe can help I'll leave Adobe forever because there is no excuse to sell something that does not work and do not provide support at the same time. In a last-ditch attempt to get the resolution and since there is no other way for me to get this log file for Adobe I paste the contents of the log file of the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool here in hope that some support and product engineer will do something about it.     Thanks for sharing of log files, we would like to know the name of the Adobe software that appear in the menu "programs and features" after using the cleaning tool.

    We would also like to know the version of the creative cloud that you try to install.

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    I'm unable to install a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC via Creative Cloud. I read possible solutions on this forum and other forums here. These included clear items from the registry, uninstall applications, restart after installation has failed and try again. I've successfully installed Adobe Reader DC. I also installed with success several other cloud application. I get the error message is the following.

    Exit code: 7 please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.

    For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071...
