  This is possible, but not without using JavaScript to do it. You're better off if you insert the script into the HTML code of the wrapper file that Captivate creates. You'll probably need to declare a function and insert the script into the function. Then inside Captivate, insert a click box or a Button object and set it to run JavaScript. From there, you must insert the name of function that you created in the HTML wrapper file.

  What was mentioned in the last post has been using open URL or file. This might work, but you'd probably need to make sure that the option has been chosen to open the link in a new window.

  MSE is not the cause.  I suspect two things.  One, some ports in the firewall must be enabled to access the internet (your ISP should be able to tell) or you use a wrong port which is not activated, while the is correct.
