  Generally, this sort of thing occurs when a program conflict makes one or the other case work, maybe even for a few seconds. During these few seconds Windows will pick it up and give you this popup. Here's a possible solution:

  1. Click the start or Windows Orb.
  2. In the search bar, type 'system' (without the quotes)
  3. At the top of search results, there will be an option for "System Configuration"
  4. A window willl pop up, with several tabs and options. Click on the tab "General".
  5. On this tab, there will be a selection for the "selective startup". Click on this button.
  6. Then two options becomes clickable, deselect the option "Load Startup items".
  7. Restart your computer. ! WARNING: Do not access the internet during this time because you will be vulnerable to viruses, spyware and software malware!
  8. Once he starts back, Carbonite Backup launch, because no program will run.

  The problem should be solved. If this is the case, immediately turn on your antivirus program and enjoy your work computer. If not,

  1. Follow steps 1 through 5 above to return to the System Configuration.
  2. Under Selective startup, uncheck also load Services.
  3. Restart the computer.

  This is controlled by the autoCancel = "disabled" property of the pop-up window. The default setting is enabled which closes the popup.

• Pop-up windows are not blocked

  The last two versions of Firefox were apparently more permissive in the popup allowing. If I go to http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest12.html, all three pop-up windows to open with a call to JavaScript window. Simple open. The only one who gets blocked is when I click on the back button. Should those that open automatically be not who is blocked? I received quite a few advertising popups, and it makes me wonder if window.open() is now ignored.

  Restart in Safe Mode, and then back to the Normal Mode and once again popups are blocked. It was really weird.

  I am running Firefox 19.0.2 on a Win 7 64 bit PC version and have noticed that on the pop-up windows, when the address bar is present, I get the message "go to a Web Site" on it rather than the address of the Web site. If I click with the right button on the icon of the little world on the address bar and choose Customize and then close this window without making any changes, the address of the site is full. Does anyone know how to get the address of the site to automatically display on the popup? My PC Win XP Pro is not this problem and popups always display the address of the Web site without having to do anything.

  I played on www.pogo.com for the last days. When I first connected, I had everything working properly. About 2 hours when I logged in, I clicked on a game to play. The games open in a pop-up window. This time, the window was too small for all the information and there are things to be cut. • Pop-up window is not automatically print

  Using Windows XP. I'm on a website http://www.mva.maryland.gov/ and tried to renew my car registration. I entered credit card information and then came to the last page where it says "select the documents you want to print." I chose the two documents by clicking on "Print all documents." Then a little pop up window appears, but the document does not print automatically. Print preview is just a blank page. I disabled "pop-ups block." I think that I have already fact and because the documents does not print, transaction didn't pass and my daughter got a ticket for expired tags. Any suggestions?

  Unfortunately, sites don't are not always updated in time for the new browser versions, and old code makes stupid assumptions about new versions. If it is a site that you use frequently, then you might fall back to 3.6, but otherwise, I hope that the State will get its act together by the next time you need to use it.
