Hi all
I saw a lot of people have the same problem with HP, but I can't find the driver for my machine.
My machine is HP ProBook 6560 b runing Windows 7 32 bit.
In my device manager I have an unknown device and when to go in properties I found the following:
Genral - Port_ #0001.Hub_ #0003 & the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
Details - USB\VID_138A & PID_003C & REV_0086 & USB\VID_138A & PID_003C
Can anyone help please?
Anthony

I looked everywhere for this driver. The validity of the sensor connection is:
http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?CC=UK&LC=en&DLC=en&softwareitem=ob-65053-1
that leads to nowhere part on this site.
This is to set the 'unknown device', marked by W7 Device Manager. The hardware ID is:
REV_0372 & USB\VID_138A & PID_0001
USB\VID_138A & PID_0001
I don't want to pay a seller "Find-every-driver-in-the-universe" an absurd $$ for their application, when it used to be free from HP.
Thanks to anyone who can give me a lead. I really appreciate it!
Joe
(PS) I have another "unknown device" with only the following HW ID:
ACPI\ENE0100
* ENE0100
Hi, Joe:

Hello:
Have you installed the Intel HD graphics driver? Who can be part of the reason the graphics driver amd has a problem.
The other two devices need these pilots (the other you never published).
http://h20564.www2.HP.com/hpsc/SWD/public/detail?swItemId=ob_148026_1
If installation of the Intel graphics driver and restart does not resolve the problem of amd graphics device, then try right-clicking on this device, select uninstall, do not check the box driver uninstall, reboot and see if it gets properly reinstalled.
