  It is possible that you are trying to do things with numbers for which it is not designed. It's really good at crunching numbers, but this isn't a database program. If you look at the models in file > New in your menu, you will find good examples of use of numbers. To enter formulas usually you don't have to make a lot of seizure of addresses. You type = activate the formula editor, and then click the cell you want to reference. Numbers then inserts the address for you.

• EA6500 will not send/receive the cell text and multimedia

  I just took an EA6500 on clearance.  It works very well for all applications except text messaging.  I can send and receive texts and multimedia on all other WiFi connections I use, but it does not work on my EA6500.  Is this standard, or is there a place I can change the settings?

  We are with US Cellular by using an old Samsung (not sure of the model), two S7s and an iPhone 6 (more or sPlus... not sure), more on WiFi an old M bike, only.

  Cell phones use the cell signal from the phone to the normative texts and the data connection of the phone for multimedia content.  None of this happens on WiFi.  It does not work on all other WiFi connections, you are confused.  Text works when you have cellular signal and the works of content media when you have a valid data connection.  Maybe it would help if there is an application that transmits over the internet, then on mobile networks, but not using the original text/sms on the phone app.

  Many times I drive to work using my iPad Mini 4 WiFi + cell phones driving to work to play music of different applications via bluetooth to my car audio system.

  Whenever my phone rings, my iPad has the T-Mobile (my support for iPhone & iPad) also allows cellular continuity. My question is, if I were to answer the call on my iPad I will be charged data or the call still counts against cellular minutes? So, basically the iPad use VoIP (data) or VoLTE (phone calls / minutes) to manage the call? Thanks for any help!

  Updated - talked with my contact at T-Mobile, who is Advisor senior technical/engineering. He said phone calls on iPad via transfer cell/continuity is currently working on Facetime Audio that is essentially a VoIP service and use the cell data.

  However, T-Mobile is looking for ways to eliminate the use of data for its customers on Facetime Audio (and perhaps even Facetime video as well) through their programs free music and frenzy on. If that happens, it would be incredible!

  Are using your 11.1.1.6.1 version? If Yes, then you need to add the name of your servlet in 'excludeURL' list of comments ReqAuthConfig.xml or 'Authentication filter application' in the Web.XML as this filter request you send. This is a new filter, they added in this version.

  When you use Skype on an iPad, the manual that we saw clearly that Skype is using the Wifi connection. We now have an iPhone 4S with 3G. Is a Skype call to a contact in the computer using 3G data network to connect, or is it using the cell phone?

  It uses the 3G network. Skype's VOiP (voice over internet protocol similar to FaceTime), so it does not use your cellular network. If you have a data plan unlimited, then go nuts. If this isn't the case, monitor your data usage to make sure you don't exceed, which should not be a problem, unless you still do video calls.

  I know about the selection of the absolute references, etc., but sometimes I'd like to be able to copy a group of cells with formulas and paste elsewhere all retaining the original cell references. For example, several cells with a formula referring to 'A1' continue referring to 'A1' even when I copy the cells elsewhere.

  Is there a change of copy and paste (for example, command + option + C or something?) so that I can copy the same that in Excel, that does not change the cell references when you copy a formula elsewhere?

  I am not in anyway you want with a group of cells. I did it with individual cells by copying the function since the Inspector formula and then paste in the Inspector in the new location.

  I have tried to help myself using the formula of numbers and other discussions Apple guide but do not find a method using the info. Unfortunately, in two days and no work done, I feel rather useless! I read the guides but I can't understand the syntax, or the use, if, AND, OR, etc..

  I have a list of about 800 alphanumeric codes. There are about 80 I want to "stand out". About 30 of them I can isolate content in the adjacent cell, but the other 50 are repeats of the first 30 but are without cells adjacent "filterable" so I can't isolate easily. I thought that I could create a formula that would give rise to 'TRUE' IF (-none of the 30 listed alphanumeric codes appear in column A). Something like:

  = IF (A2 = (AFS4572 OR HFU9372 OR UWK1993 OR EPD5490), "TRUE", "FALSE")

  or written more readable

  = IF (A2 = (AFS4572, HFU9372, UWK1993, EPD5490), 'TRUE', 'FALSE')

  Can someone help me with a formula?
