  What is the 'State' displayed for you?

  Open the Services applet (start > run > services.msc > OK) and scroll down to "print spooler".  The status should be started and the Startup Type should be automatic.  What are the parameters of your correspondents?  If your print spooler is stopped, you can try to launch it by clicking on the link, but I suspect that it stops again.  Please report the results of your efforts.

  I try to write a message that is more than an interesting text. It will no longer send... it will send the first text then it will repeat "SMS not sent" so that many other texts that have been in my initial shipment. It started just happens, that I've always been able to write a message as long as I want and it will happily send multiple text messages without complaining...

Its ok that I watched and apprently I can install a 3rd party sms management app that will do it for me. As long as I have a work around its ok.   I don't have one of them, but if it's a mistake of memory, the best way to test is to substitute known good memory. If you have two SODIMM modules installed, remove them and install one at the time and the test.

  Sometimes remove and reset of memory are sufficient to solve the problem.

  If this does not help, a good 'generic' method that I use on all laptops with a no boot situation is to remove all the drives and cards, then see if it will boot to the BIOS, or post at all. I've seen poor readers force a system not to post, so remove everything that is not required will be an easy way to identify the cause. Usually, if it will not always display, you'll have a system board failure.

  I tried to add a new button to a pdf file that I had created several months ago.  I was able to raise an "impression" on the PDF button and it works fine.  I googled how to add a button so that we can hit him and send the pdf file to a fixed address.  I followed all the steps and when I hit the button I get an error message stating "at least one required field is empty.   Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.

  Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1^st in the boot order.

  Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.

  When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.

  Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.

  Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).

  Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

  You have that catch in the error message? ......... "Smtp.embarqmail.com blacklist ."
  Embarqmail on the black list of the means will NOT allow you to send because of your past behaviors or habits.
  Call your ISP ask them once again the procedures in order to be removed from the blacklist. It is not just by clicking a few buttons. It's serious.
  Your 4 "tech" people are not only unnecessary, but also ignorant giving you false information. You can reinstall Outlook, but you cannot send with Outlook until the blacklist is thrown.

  To enable authentication, add your account to e-mail again then under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers check the option that says "my server requires authentication".  So try it.

  I have the same problem as Marie-Claude.  Windows Messaging will check two email accounts, but the aol imap account will not send or receive, and it is my primary email address.  I have a security zone of windows asking for my username and password which will return an 800cccd91 error (I think) and the message that they are not valid.  The user name and password work fine by going directly on aol.com.  I turned off my avg antivirus mail and makes them require a secure password is not checked in the properties of the account.   I first noticed this problem yesterday after I had changed suppliers for remote access, but with aol imap is the only thing affected. My virus programs and spyware are up-to-date. I've seen several references to this same problem and the only other thing that I've seen mentioned that I did not is to remove and reinstall this account. If I do this, it removes all my emails stored under this account in windows mail?  What this has to do to my other computers running xp and outlook?  Other solutions?  Thank you

  Delete and recreate an e-mail account in Windows Mail lost all the data. You would only on the affected computer. Be sure to restart Windows Mail after deleting the account and before recreating the account.

   

  If no improvement:

  Your AVG antivirus has probably been installed with its default installation option that installs an email scanner. Just disable his e-mail analysis
