    The strings that you entered in your file name conversion settings does not match where actually your data files. If the string does not match the names of files, there is no names of files to convert. Because you're on windows, how about something like this?

    set db_file_name_convert='\ORCL\','\ORCLSTD\'
    set log_file_name_convert='\ORCL\','\ORCLSTD\'

    I need to create multiple channels of continuous digital output with the cycle of the frequency and the duty.

    I used DAQmxCreateCOPulseChanFreq for the crt0 and crt1 channels and it works fine, but I need a few lines.

    Can I use the channels of the PFI (PFI0-4 for example) for this purpose?

    With the help of the DAQmxCreateDOChan I can set the PFI desired channels as DO, but how can I create the signal desired on these channels?

    If you try to build a train of digital pulses with a frequency cycle and specified duty then using counters shipped from the USB-6221 is certainly the way to go.  Unfortunately, as you have discovered there are only two meters of material available on the USB-6221 (Ctr0 and Ctr1).

    Fortunately, you can also use the digital output lines to efficiently create a train of pulses with a frequency cycle and specified duty.  You will need create a table of examples which, when released at the specified sampling rate, looks like a period of your waveform.  For example, if my sampling rate is 1 MHz and I want to create a square wave of 100 kHz and a cycle of operation of 20% low high/80% I would generate the following examples:

    {1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0}

    Please let me know if this description is clear or if there is anything I need to explain more in detail.

    I tried to find the resolution of this problem in google a lot but couldn't find something useful.

    Location:

    We try to clone the dev environment of production that are completely on different servers and do not share a common mount point.
    Backup RMAN of PROD with RMAN as well as arch newspapers are kept in this mount point.
    We took control of backup files of PROD restored in DEV fired restore with recovery until a when not.
    Turns out that the sequence was not saved in right backupsets there if recovery has not requested more arch newspapers that are present in the PROD.
    Archs are stored in ASM and only way out is to take of RMAN backup of them.
    We control the file as a repository for RMAN.

    my questions are

    1. surely, I need to take backup of the control file after I take the log arch by RMAN backup and restore this file command in the DEV of so that when I start RMAN recovery in DEV, database will be able to find the backupset with arch newspapers. But the new restore a control file will delete the data files restored information?

    2. If we did not have a point of common Assembly and then after sending the backup destination elements how the database would be the locations of the game copied to the new location of the control file that is restored from the backup source?

    Suppose that in the source backups are stored in/backup/rman
    in destination copy us in/backup/clone
    in the PROD control file, their locations are saved in/backup/rman
    so if I restore this command file in custom DEV it find the elements of backup in/backup/rman?
    is it possible to save a backup of outside item in the control of a database file?


    3 al ' ASM, is there another way to extract the PROD archive logs and apply them to a cloned instance? (sending of newspapers without DR)

  • Restore the RMAN backup on another server

    ENV: Oracle 10 g 2 64 bit, RHEL 5.8 64 bit on ASM, Database size = ~ 1.3 to

    Backup RMAN of PROD will FRA and then backed up to tape. I have limited access to the PROD because it is maintained by 3rd party.

    My client is planning to move this database on their own datacenter (from the 3rd party data center). For test purposes, I asked DBA of 3rd party to provide us with an export of drawings required data pump. Export takes about 8 hours, and the import takes the same time to the new location. To copy the files exported to new locations takes another few hours (over the network). The total size of the dump file is around 500 GB. Thus, a whole cycle of Export-Import-copy takes about ~ 20 + Hrs.

    I want to try another option to reduce the time required for the updating of the database of PROD and which is "use RMAN backup of PROD ' and restore it on the data center server. RMAN full backup takes ~ 4hrs PROD and the restoration should be at the same time (new server has better and faster HW, storage with a SSD). I found this thread very useful on the Oracle Forms on this topic:

    I have a bit of confusion because my database uses ASM. The default location of the backups in PROD is FRA (on ASM == > db_recovery_file_dest = + FRA ). If I understand correctly, the RMAN backup must be in the same place where he was on the PROD Server - i.e. the diskgroup FRA.

    If I get a copy of the part 3 RMAN backup, how would I copy on FRA?

    OR can / should I just change the init parameter "db_recovery_file_dest" on the new server to point to the file system directory where the backup (say "/ ora_backup") and RMAN will pick up and restore the database?

    simple. duplicate is a faster and simpler, method because you issue a command.
    After configuration, you issue a command, and if the pfile/spfile is properly configured, RMAN takes care of ALL the necessary measures, even for ASM (assuming the switch of data file also). It restores the CF, he set up the db, it restores, it retrieves, it updates the CF with the correct names, it converts file names if necessary, open the DB ETC.
    And, since only a single command is used, it is less prone to errors.
    And allows you to save a lot of trouble.
    Quite simply, you have a few details such as the location of the backuppieces.

    It works very well also for DEV env refreshes (with a few modifications on the pfile/spfile file).

  • in some sites, there are two menus in competition and you can't use the bottom menu

    I've been using The Shopping Channel years but since I loaded Firefox I can't open certain areas of this site (and other sites). Menus appear to be in competition with each other. There is a regular menu below and a new "BOLD" menu on the top. If I need to look for the customer service, it is blocked by this "BOLD" menu on the top.
    I wrote to them several times, but they say that the problem is at my end.

    You can watch one of the extensions I posted above to increase the zoom of page and minimum font size.

    WiFi and BT use the same frequency. For the most part this isn't a big problem but in case you notice a few connection problems with WLan or BT, you must disable WLan using BT or must turn off BT if you want to use the WLan.

  • Use the two CAN API

    I develop an application that communicates with a microcontroller.  I would like to use the API to frame for a setup where I can send commands and get the answers and want to use the API channel for a mode where I'm simply followed the messages I get from the microphone.

    I have a state machine where I starts with the opening of the frame API, have some different States I'll in that use the appearance of the request/response of the API framework, then a State that closes to the API of frame and opens the Channel API.  The problem I encounter occurs when I already closed the frame API and began playing with the API channel work.  When I click the monitoring button stop, I leave the while loop, who read a message defined in the DB can (havn't had in fact he still read the data) and run the Clear.VI Channel API CAN I get the following error.

    Error - 1074388720 CAN Initialize.vi

    Possible reasons:

    NI-CAN (Hex 0xBFF62110) you can use the frame API and Channel API simultaneously on the same interface (for example CAN0).   MAX tools use the channel API.  Soultuon: Use a different interface with each API.

    I need a way to get around this and I'm not sure why the raster API is not pretending to be closed, especially since I was a State in my state machine to close the frame API before you start using the channel API.

    If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

  • can not duplicate the audio channel

    I shot a video with a video camera Sony borrowed pro. When I transfer a video file in first, it shows an audio left and right channel. My right channel is complete messed up. It comes a with camera input mixing console, set to the wrong setting. So I try to use the left channel only. But, I would like to reproduce and also do it for the right channel. But, when I try to go to the Clip > Modify > Audio > Clip change and try to make the process of change Channel, a large number of settings are grayed out and when I press OK, nothing happens. I'm a total novice at first and look at tutorials throughout the day. The only reason I bought the first was that I had to be able to remove the right side of my audio and duplicate so I can have a mono full its made from the left lane. And I'm totally stuck now.

    Use the audio effect of fill from right to the left.  You can even use it on the entire track in the effects of mixing (Special part).
