User interface - Size small In - App icon
The user interface instructions discuss the requirements of size for icons in page application is attached.
There seems to be an error on the size of the small icon.
Total size is 61 x 61 px.
The buffer zone is 12 px each side.
The inner area is 43 x 43 px. It comes to the same extent as the inner area of the icon in the middle.
To distinguish the small icon in the icon of average, I changed the inner part of my small 37 x 37 px icon. (This keeps the total size 61 x 61 px).
I did this correctly? Or should I reduce the buffer zone at 9 px each side and let the inner part of the small icon 43 x 43 px?
may seem silly but I just do 1 icon I think 80 x 80 and let the icon resize

User interfaces very small on the retina in CS6
I recently changed my PC MBP retina and I have problems with my Windows Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium programs.
I have installed 8.1 to Windows using Parallels Desktop on MBP and then my CS6 package (with all latest updates). And then I found all in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver user interfaces are very very small - almost impossible to read.
I tried to change the display settings in Windows and Parallels and the only way to make interfaces and toolbars, that a usable size is on the scale of the resolution which obviously compromise the quality a lot.
Is it any patch that let the quality of the screen retina and scales just the user interface of the CS6 applications?
CS6 is 3 years old and has not been (and will not) update for new operating systems and hardware that did not exist when the program was written

On my Dell Inspiron 7720, running Windows 8 64-bit, Chrome and IE display web pages in their correct format immediately after their installation, but Firefox 20.0.1 displays too little (and the user interface of FF is too small as well).
I went on all kinds of things, it might be and know I can install an add-on to enlarge pages at least, but I really want to get FF displaying correctly of course.
I use my native resolution 1920 x 1080 - laptop and have to display Windows set up for display at 150% - % of Windows display development does not affect display FF.
Can someone tell me please how to get FF displaying correctly (without an add-on.)
Help appreciated,
US5Thanks for your help cor - el.
I just installed NoSquint and it works perfectly for the web; pages. Then, I found a theme with bigger icons in "complete themes" - there are a number of them.
Guess I expected to understand why only FF was smaller, (not just solve the problem) - However, the setting is very nice-thanks!

Excuse me
I'm coding a sample UI on LabView8.2
full function be activated in the user interface, and engineer can adjust the factors through the UI program
now, I want to classify the mode of production and engineering for the user interface
the engineer mode - enable full function of engineering change
mode of production - only activate a small function for the operator to change
I hope not coding 2ea program, I hope use example of process to achieve
so...
I want to builld a UI for the mode of production
Have disable (reverse) Labview technic?, let icon convert 'gray'---> disable
the user can see the icon on the user interface, but they cannot resolve the factors of function
Thank you
"2ea program."
"disable (reverse) technic?", let icon convert 'gray'---> disable
I don't know what some of the terminology is that you use. Or what you mean by disabling functions or icons.
I'm going to guess that you really want to be able to disable and gray to controls on the front panel. You can write to a property node for each of your orders of façade called 'off '. You can activate, deactivate and disable/gray.

Citing the part of the user interface of the game without head in an app without head
Hello
I try to call my interface section user app without head of service class (part long term without a head), as shown below:
application of BB::System:InvokeRequest;
request.setTarget ("com.myDomain.myAppName");
request.setAction ("com.myDomain.myAppName.START");
InvokeTargetReply * response = m_invokeManager-> invoke (request);
{if (Reply)}
QObject::connect (response, SIGNAL (finished (()), this, SLOT (onInvokeResult ()));
_invokeTargetReply = response;
}
else {}
qDebug()< "failed="" to="" start="" invocation:="">
}
the error response is always "not objective". I double checked that the id of the target is my id app (user interface section) and that it is registered as target to call in the xml file bar
application
myAppName
Icon.PNG
myAppName
I don't know why he keeps giving me the error response target?
Made a typo, the Notification and NotificationDialog are part of the bb: platform.
Here are their respective documents:

Is it possible to resize the text and icons in the user interface?
I'm on a Windows 10, 15.6 screen laptop "4 k. The menu bar along the top is sized very well, most of the time. However, all the icons and the text to actually work on fuse are too small for me to look at and click on without having a fight.
Are there ways to manipulate the proportions of the UI? Thank you!
Hi Brandon! Great question! Unfortunately for the insight we have not a scalable user interface, but it's certainly something that we will keep in mind for future releases. Now this is resolution dependent so you need reduce the resolution setting (we've only really tested until about 2 k ~ monitors). The user interface is pretty basic at the moment, but there are a few changes, you can do it. Here is a link to the user guide on the user interface customizations for details - but you can change the position of the toolbars by clicking the separation Strip and you can change the width of the canvas/editor fracture by dragging on the edge of the editor Panel.

Type the size of the user interface
It's almost the end of 2015 - y at - it a solution to the ridiculously small UI in the CS6 / CC products? I use Illustrator and PS a lot, and the size does not work.
I have 20/10 vision, do not wear sunglasses. I just upgraded to dual Dell UltraSharp U2515H 25 "monitors with a native resolution of 2560 x 1440. The user interface in CS6 products is almost unusable and I can't find any way to change that. I see the forums full of this problem since at least 2013 and probably before.
Adobe, fix this. There are alternative package graphics and I'm not locked in your products.
Ideas of pragmatic community or solutions would be welcome - don't waste all the time will tell how it works fine for you, or preaching us on how we should just use Adobe products as they are.
This is a problem, it's true, and I'm not alone in this observation (notice I didn't say "notice").
Thank you.
I have everything set to CC (2015), and it seems now the user interface option is available in both I and PS
As much by the support of the HiDPI, it will now be on the same scale scale level because the OS (Win 7 x 64 in my case) - 100, 150, 200%.
Looks now much better and more usable.
BTW - I hate the interface for the new DC Acrobat - I'll be restoring the Pro XI.
Thanks for responding.

change the user interface presentation based on the size of the Panel
I'm looking for a way to adjust the layout of my user interface based on the size of the group. For example, two buttons that are top of the other until the height of the window is small enough that they need to be next to each other instead.
Another example would be a series of buttons that appear as a line if the Panel is wider than high, or in a column if it is higher than it is wide.
-What someone does something like that, or know if it is possible? As I see it, all I need is a way to read the current size of the Committee and I can put a function in onResize/onResizing that allows to adjust the layout of the user interface.
Figured it out!
This change my row of buttons in a column of line based on the report of the window. Finally understood windowBounds.height and windowBounds.width.
myPanel.onResizing = myPanel.onResize = function () { if (myPanel.windowBounds.height > myPanel.windowBounds.width){ myPanel.grp.cmds.orientation = "column"; } else { myPanel.grp.cmds.orientation = "row"; } this.layout.resize(); }

How to enlarge the icons in the user interface in Ps &; AI?
The user interface is too small for me, unredable, is any possibility to enlarge the Panel, I mean the icons, text, windows...?
Hi ankie873,
It is not possible to enlarge the icons in the user interface.

How to change the size of the user interface component
Hello
How can I change the size (width and height) of the user interface component? For example, I want to set the width of a ListField and add a scroll bar (horizontal). Thank you.
Young
GetPreferredWidth and getPreferredHeight methods can be rewritten to change the requested dimensions of a field.
However, this does not mean that a field will support horizontal scrolling with only this change and can vary depending on the field.

Sizes of App icons: do I need .bar files separate PlayBook and BB 10 OS?
I'm a little confused by the documentation on the app icon sizes. In particular, it is possible to generate a unique .bar file that will run on PlayBook and BB 10 OS and have the correct icon size? We intend to submit applications for the Android Port-A-Thon, but we also want the applications to run on the PlayBook.
This page seems to mean two things at the same time: you need an icon of 86 x 86 in the
res/drawable-hdpi
file for execution on the PlayBook and a 114 x 114 for on BB 10 OS icon. However, it is said that with a 96 x 96 icon inres/drawable-xhdpi
, "conversion to PlayBook of BlackBerry and BlackBerry 10 OS will be optimized." Does that mean I can have a single code base, but still need to generate two .bar files? Or does this mean that a single .bar file will run correctly on both platforms?Also, I remember reading that if a .bar file did not have a launch of 86 x 86 icon, it will not appear on a PlayBook. How does that square with the above 96 x 96 unique icon?
Hello
If your application fuctions properly on both, the best method is to use a high resolution icon (114 x 114) for your application. It will work on BlackBerry 10 and automatically be scaled down for BlackBerry PlayBook when it is installed.
See you soon,.

The android app icon is smaller than the native applications on Dev Alpha
It is somehow related to http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Android-Runtime-Development/apk2bar-resizes-the-app-icon-to-8...
However, even if I have difficulty icon resized, changing the bar produce and pack a 150 x 150 icon, on DevAlpha (10.0.9.388) the icon looks like smaller than the icon of a native application (if WebWorks or Cascades). I also used the setting - os to target only the BB 10 but without results.
Is there something that I need to specify the apk2bar command?
Thanks for your help.
This has been fixed in DevAlpha 10.0.9.1103.
