• Unable to connect wireless, "ACS user exceeded max sessions" users

  Some corporate users are unable to connect to the wireless company.

  On the WLC, I get the following logs:

  The GBA, I get the error:

  Authentic doesn't have a default group for ACS user exceeded max sessions (by default) 192.168.47.46 DTO029......

  That means "user ACS exceeded max Sessions? How can I solve this problem? Connection problem faces few users, while others are able to connect.

  Corporate SSID, Session Timeout & Client Exclusion is not enabled. The WLC version is 7.0.98.0 and the version of the CSA 4.2.0.124

  The problem is solved the ACS is restarted. Is there a permanent solution?

  the error means that the users belong to the ACS Group (or the user themselves) has a "max session" setting, as described here:

  .. and the user exceeds this limit.

  ACS can indeed limit the number of concurrent sessions for the same user name; This counter is based on the RADIUS account management information received from the AAA client: the session counter is increased when receiving a 'Start' accounting and it is decreased when you receive a "Stop" on accounting package.

  ACS for a reason if any don't receive an Acct-Stop, it won't reduce the number of session, so it may happen that your users exceed the max concurrent sessions allowed indeed.

  You can check the active sessions on the "users" ACS report:

  If you restart ACS, this info is reset, so everything will work again, as you say; as an alternative, you can also use the options 'Purge logged in users' on the logged users page, but it would be wiser to really solve this problem by checking if... :

  -do you really need the config of max sessions? Otherwise, you can simply disable this on users/groups configuration

  -If you need for this limitation and the problem is related to the session that overlap, which means that the WLC should not send the Acct-Stop because there is always a session active and a new one is created at the same time, you can consider increasing the number of maximum session.

• How to 'book' an Ethernet cDAQ chassis based in software without using MAX?

  I am using a cDAQ 9188 with Ethernet interface. It works fine, but the Setup is a little more than I like for end-users. Users are all first go to MAX and do make a connection. After that, users must 'reserve' the chassis to ensure access to it. This isn't a problem except that I still have to find a way to make the code G. I have rather not in my documentation would include a series of steps require that the user enter MAX whenever they want to turn on the system. I would have preferred it is comparable to a USB DAQ experience where it works.

• NI-CAN 2.6.3: MAX UI Language

  I installed NI-CAN 2.6.3 (MAX 4.6.0f1) on Japanese Windows XP (SP3), for use with my NI USB-8473/8472 modules.  I have no control over the language of the OS, but I absolutely have to get interface user of MAX to display in English, not Japanese.  When I install NI-CAN on an English edition of Windows XP, the MAX UI displays well in English.  This proves that the MAX's user interface is related to the language of the OS.  But I need a work around for this so I can get the MAX to display all the text in the user interface in English, even if the version of Windows XP is Japanese.

  How can I accomplish this?

  If you go into Control Panel"regional and Language Options, you will get three tabs.  In Regional Options change the first option English (United States).  On the languages tab, select Details and change the default input for English (United States) language.  In the Advanced tab, select English (United States) for the non-Unicode programs.  After having changed all three of these features, you should be able to see MAX in English.

  I found a thread fairly similar, but he has not answered my question.

  I'm building a Vi that simulates a cyclone running at high volumes of different admission. I need to generate a series of volumes of admission based on a user of max, min and interval/step input. These data must be used for the calculations and the x scale of a chart. What is the best way to do it? I could have the user specify each data point, but that only works if the user wants to only like 10 data points. I need to be able to say, start at 0 and 1 to 900. I know how to do this in matlab, but I can't understand it in labview.

  There are no restrictions such as a... but it would be an unnecessary activity.

  If your release to users even planned orders by mistake... you would create duplicate supplies.

• 1000V VSM lossing contact VEM after vMotion

  We have installed 1000v VSMs as virtual machines on a Server Blade HP virtual connect modules.

  This worked well and we migrated most of the VMS to 1000v. Same HA between the primary and backup VSMs worked.

  Now, we see that if you live migrate the active MSM is loses all contact with the MEC, but backup VSM is supported unless you turn off an asset, the same thing happens when clients trend Deep Security Manager did some update to the VSM VM.

  We have the 1000v deployed in L3 mode with the help of control interface and the MEC have their own vmkernel IP address, which in this case is on the same IP subnet as the VSM control interface.

  We control 1000v VSM interface and management interface configured as a system of VLAN

  1000V version 1,0000 sv2 (2.1) on VMware 5.1

  Any ideas? This kind of thing is usually a number system VLAN.

  Yes, the problem is that any port-profile with "l3control of ability" is supposed to only works with the vmk interfaces.

  You want to put a VM interface on port-profile with l3control. We used to allow this, but for some reason any, he was shot.
