  Three things I can think of:

  Your document must be in RGB mode.

  Layer blending mode should be set to Normal

  Masks are grayscale. If you select the mask, you cannot apply a color.

  Always check your tab at the top to see if what you choose is RGB or grayscale.

  A simple way would be to:

  (1) give the rectangle a color, then Ctrl > Cmd + C + F;

  (2) use the direct Selection tool, and then deselect (click and empty space), then click on the opposite corner to the part where you want to keep the color, then press DELETE, then change the fill color to the other.

  Or, you can ClickDrag with the line tool along the diagonal line from corner to corner (guides are your friends), select it all and Pathfinder > divide, then select live from the triangle where you want to change the color and change.

  You can create a separate mask for this specific page with modal to the top layer and then apply that master page.

  The white line can be created by using the rotation tool or the transform command. In both cases, the degrees of rotation is determined by dividing the number of strokes by 360 degrees. Rotation tool, you can make a duplicate order to repeat the rotation, make sure that your rotation a copy not the original.

  Then it's you if you want the line color to match the background, or use the path search tools to cut the railways making individual piece of the wheel. This can be handy if you want to move a piece of the wheel outwards and resize it perhaps until drew attention to it.

  I see that you wonder if you need to replace the color cartridge when it is low. This printer is a printer AIO, therefore, you need to replace the ink cartridge when it becomes too weak to be able to resume printing. However, if you print mostly in black, you can configure a preset black only to print in black and white. This would help reduce the use of the color cartridges.

  NOTE: Composite black - for black and white images and photos, a mix of colors called 'composite black' can be used to achieve the quality significantly improved picture and soft gray tones that can be achieved with only black toner. For users who want to print images using just black toner, many HP printers color customer offer configurable options allowing the client to print using only black toner. For example, by selecting "print in grayscale" in the printer driver Specifies print using black ink only.   I just did, but this isn't a job. When I use EasyVPN client to connect to ASA 5520, user could the success of authentication but will not get the static IP I set up on internal users, so the tunnel put in place failed. I'm trying to configure a pool of IP on ASA for ACS users get the IP and customer EasyVPN allows you to connect with ASA, everything is OK, the user authenticates successed.but when I kill IP pool coufigurations and use the "add a static IP address to the user 'configurations, EzVPN are omitted.

  Check if your pencil/brush painting Mode, or the layer is another than Normal.  For example, you will get the contrasting color, if the Mode is the difference or Exclusion.

  She changed the Layer palette settings to not automatically create a mask with layers of filling.

  Is not an adjustment layer, so the adjustment layer setting does not apply (and two parameters should really be in the layers palette in order to reduce the confusion).
