using subscription creative cloud in two laptops
Hi, I bought a new laptop and I'll like to use the license I have here. I signed up with my Adobe Id and download some applications but I received a message saying that my trial has expired and does no license with my Adobe ID. As far as I know, I can sign in two different devices, why it doesn't work?

Okay, well in that case there are two things you can try.
1) click this software license > don't hit your Adobe id and then enter the Adobe ID code once more.
or
(2) check the host for all Enteries Adobe file. Location of the file from the East
Win: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Mac: Go > go to folder > / Etc

Allow to install and use subscription creative cloud over more than two devices.
Most of the subscriptions as Office 365 gives you at least 5 machines on which you can install a subscription. Please allow us at least five machines on which we can install our applications CC, however, Adobe may still limit the application to one instance on all machines. This indeed always limited CC apps to run one machine at a time, but it is always enabled on 5 devices. It would save us the tedious process of authorizing and meet the devices just to use your subwoofer on another machine.
You can install an unlimited number of computers.
You can only connect to, at most, two at a time but this isn't really a drawback for a single user.

Like a cloud member you are entitled to activate the software to be used on up to two computers at any time (Mac or PC, no matter), provided you use only one at a time. No required registration of entry/exit.

Im trying to open the tutorial of 23 minutes on how to use different tools in photoshop and it continues to come with unable to resolve the DNS servers worked fine yesterday? Ive had creative cloud on my laptop for a week and not yet able to get past the basics make me very frustrated.
I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.
- Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
- Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
- If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
- Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)

The creative cloud software is for desktop/laptop computers. It requires Windows or Mac OS X operating systems. It will not work on mobile operating systems like iOS (iPad, iPhone) or Android (Samsung Galaxy and others).

Yes, you can activate subscription creative cloud on both machines however, you cannot use both machines at the same time, check point 1.1: http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/legal/servicetou/Software_Terms-en_US-2015 0407_2200.pdf .

My subscription Creative Cloud amounts and the teacher would not be repeated even after update to payment information. I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take.
