  I don't know there is a more elegant way to do it, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear. I have a sliding menu made with ypSlideOutMenu, and I have a lot of links loading different web pages in the menu. I don't use frames or anything, so I have the same code in each of my 15 html pages so that it looks the same. It is a very redundant way of doing things, so I want to add a submenu or something, I need to change all the 15 web pages so that they are the same.
  
  A more viable solution for this would be to have each of my Web pages linking to an external html file which contained the code to generate my navigation menu, as well as menus button etc. This way I could edit a single file instead of 15. I thought it would be easy to do, like when you bind a javascript file to include the actual code, or a CSS file instead. The only problem is that I don't know how to have just the Web page to load external html code into a Web page, and have this code to be executed as if it were on the Web page. I tried SSI and php, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing when I use these. Should I use a CSS file, or is there another way to do this? Thanks in advance.

• Why are the HTML (and other) files in Dreamweaver CC not in alphabetical order?

  It's a royal pain to find a file without any order. The previous (CS5 and 6) versions the files placed in alphabetical order. Can Adobe fix this problem?

  Click the headers of the columns in the files window to rearrange them as you see fit.

  If you are not alphabetical or reverse alphabetical, they are probably organized by size, type, or change date by accident. Click on the "Local files" header to go by alpha.

  I am bit confused if I need to adjust the model, or leave it and set the video codec only.

  If you have (or get) MPEG Streamclip, which is free, you can open the anamorphic clip and resize it to 1080 true. You will be able to choose H.264 as a codec. It will be if necessary deinterlacing. Suppose that the MPEG card is a MP4 container.

Also, I have not all the numbers I could put in a URL to get the appropriate content unique identification. Shouldn't I have an ID unique? Measure out how what is mine?   My goal is to have this nice little animation I did in the game of edge when someone visits the Web site and then blend in the homepage. Is this possible? It would be great if I could just put some script links in the header and let the adobe CA take care of all aspects of delivery and to keep my load on the server down rather than upload the files myself and have to use extra bandwidth.

  Hey there,

  The CDN from Adobe hosts only animate them DURATION and jQuery Javascript files required (mentioned below), which means you do not have to include in your HTML directory on your server. You will still need to accommodate code HTML and other .js files that creates Animate on your server. Those that are specific to your project.

  When you publish to the web, by default you will be connect Adobe CDN, which hosts two files only:

  Edge.4.0.0.min.js

  jQuery - 2.0.3.min.js

  These files are not unique to your project - each publication Animate uses these files, and each contains the same exact data: they help make HTML files animate to "do what they do" with the movement and interactivity.

  If for any reason any you would bind to the runtimes files on Adobe CDN, you can uncheck "Host runtime files on Adobe CDN" and publish for the new website. A "edge_includes" folder will be created at the root of your web site publish the folder that contains the two files above.

• Can I use the part of a file name in a watermark?

  I have a lot of files to .tif I need to convert to PDF and then affix a unique watermark.

  This watermark will be based on the file name, but only a part of it. For example a document with file bmw06125_x_1.pdf name should be stamped with a watermark indicating something like "see mw06125".

  So basically, what I need is the mw06125 of the file name part to be part of the watermark is it possible with my copy of Acrobat Pro.

  I am very new to this software and I still have to use it effectively, but I don't know that it will allow me to automate a large number of stamping and conversion. I was also wondering if it was possible to use Excel spreadsheets as part of automation, because I am able to write a formula that will allow to create the name.

  Any help would be appreciated.

• Plugin using the html bridge with DataProvider which includes DataProviderAdapter and PropertyProviderAdapter

  We have extended our plugin to include views that use the html Bridge.

  The first step was to display the data on our custom types. Applications range from the gui - to the DataAccessControlller as seen in the samples of chassis.  Then a RequestSpec is generated and sent to the dataService:

  dataService.getData (requestSpec).

  The dataServices then forwards the request to our DataProviderAdapter - as in the example. Everything works fine.

  Now we want to rewrite some of the other views (for guests, vcenters etc.) to use the html Bridge as well, but these views use PropertyRequestSpecs for data.  These requests should be sent to the PropertyProviderAdapter - where all code wrote

  I tried something like the following:

  If (targetType is customType) - build a RequestSpec and send it to the dataService

  If (targetType == managedObjectType (as a host) - build a PropertyRequestSpec and send it to the dataService.)  This

  does not work, because the dataService only takes RequestSpecs as the parameter to GetData.

  I looked at the samples for vsphere and saw that they also make RequestSpecs and send them to the dataService.  These applications, however, do get sent to their PropertyProviderAdapter - and I have found no difference in the way in which the RequestSpecs were built.

  The difference between the 2 samples and my DataProvider, it is that I have both a DataProviderAdapter and a PropertyProviderAdapter in the same DataProvider.

  So the question is: is it possible to have the dataService send the request to the adapter is correct (or both) - based on the targetType?

  The DataService interface is:

  Now after all this being said, if you have a PropertyProviderAdapter, who provides the 'foo' VirtualMachine type property, you must pass the DataService a RequestSpec with

  c.targetType = "VirtualMachine";
  requestSpec.querySpec[0].resourceSpec.propertySpecs[0].propertyName[0]="foo";

  Now when you pass this requestSpec, the DataService will build the PropertyRequestSpec and call your adapter.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  I tried to repair the catalog from a new catalogue and re-installed both programs, but the error persists.

  I use elements and first elements on Windows 8.1 V12.

  Thanks for the suggestion, but it made no difference.

  However, by trail and error, I found a solution to 99%.

  Right-click on the desktop, the icon of elements.

  Select Troubleshoot Compatibility.

  Select troubleshoot program

  Select a problem (I used the other)

  Select the Version of Windows (Windows 8 for me)

  Select the Test program

  If it works, which he did in my case, save the settings.

  This seems to have solved my problem, except that I now get an extra screen at the opening of the elements to allow the program to make changes to my computer. I can live with that.

  When I get time I will check if there is any Adobe or updates to Windows that will make this unnecessary step.

  I hope this helps other people with the same problem.

  IMP is an exe like sql more who can evoke to the command prompt.

  If you need all the actions on the imported... table export for example/test table, and then go further.
