Using the serial number of windows on a MAC?

I know this question has been asked before, but I have questions related to the internet is easier for me to just ask the question.

My windows computer is having serious problems. I told him to back it up and that it will not last much longer. I have a friend who wants to give me a nice mac book pro. I don't want to go through the trouble of mailing - friend me this computer so I can not install my adobe on it products. I have Creative Suite Design Premium, After Effects 5.5 and Lightroom. I bought the software as a windows version will be the work of the serial number on a mac? If I remember that Lightroom will work on either for sure. I don't have the money to buy the new version of this software just because I use another computer. If I don't buy something then I think it's a greedy gesture on the part of Adobe. This software has been more than a thousand dollars at the time wherever I bought all this. I pay every month for the creative cloud right now. I rather just set up for a few months and buy something pure and simple and then have to pay every month for years.

If I don't have to pay just to use my software on another computer, do I have to buy another key to software at full price or is it a cross-platform license, I can get? Adobe is really starting to lose my quick interest...

If you have CS6, which doesn't seem to be the case, then you can request an Exchange platform.  Something older than CS6 is not eligible.  You can buy CS6 at an upgrade price, if you have CS5 or newer.

Exchange a product for a different version of the language or platform

Buy CS6:
