  I would ask you to contact the manufacturer of the computer for the installation of Windows XP CD and run the sfc scan to check if any system files are corrupt and can be replaced.

  Method 1.

  Basically, the order in which you see items in the layers panel is from top to bottom in the Visual stacking order.

  So, if you see:

  Button

  Checkbox

  Image

  VScrollbar

  This means that visually on your Web app, the button is on the top of the box, which is on the top of the image and so on...

  So if you want to put your buttons on the top of your image, click on each button, or multi select all buttons and drag them over the image component in the layers panel.
