  I am newbie to SOA 11 g.
  
  I use SOA 11 g and Jdev 11.1.1.3 for development. I created a human with two results (APPROVE, REJECT) and task able to display the page the task details in the BPM list. I have the comments of default section that comes by 'Auto generation of ADF Taskflow' in the Task Details page. This comments section will display the comments of several users who have access to the task. I want to add validation for the field of comments as below-
  
  (1) to DISMISS the action, we must check whether or not the APPROVER had provided the reason for REJECTION in the comments field. If this isn't the case, we need to display a popup asking him to provide observations of REJECTION.
  (2) on the action to APPROVE, no need to check for comments, so no validation is necessary.
  
  Can someone give me some ideas how it is possible.

  In the composite open y'r process bpel... and then to expand the human task... you will notice a task entitled just before the initiateTask run the following two copy operation in the task of AssignTaskAttributes within the scope of the human task.

  IMP Note: The variable is the variable initiateTaskInput of the human task field. Don't assign not on on the global variable

  1 assign a string value "REJECT" in the expression (assuming that you do so that the result of REJECTION) and assign it to the variable

  2 assign the string value "PROVIDE_COMMENTS" in the expression and assign it to the variable

  I have a 'registration' process bounded with 4 fragments workflow.

  There is in each fragment components entry created by dragging different fields of the same instance of VO.

  The user cannot access the next step if the current step is not correctly filled.

  In the fragment of 1st, the user chooses its type (customer, supplier,...) and in the following steps, the fields are has shown/Asterisk based on her user'type selected (I save the String bean var type managed pageFlowScope dedicated to the btf).

  Because of this in the original Version, by the way the key, there is no other area marked as mandatory.

  To manage the visibility of fields I set the property of rendering the fields (or their container) using EL expressions that read the type in the managed bean stream.

  To manage the fields points, I thought only 2 solutions:

  1)

  For each field to create a validator that checks if the fied was flled and function in the formato (e.g. for emails) right in the successful flowScope bean. So I'll have so many validator functions as areas to manage.

  
  

  2)
  

  Create a unique global validator to which the property of the validator for all fields will point in the managed bean flowScope.

  If you do not want to re-use these validators elsewhere in your application, then method unique validator will be enough.

  Of course, if the implementation of this method only validator will require a huge amount of code, it is probably better to split this option to separate validator methods (to simplify the maintenance).

  BTW, ID of component has to be short, so instead of using the id of the component, set f: attribute on each component of the user interface and to use uIComponet.getAttributes () .get ("attrib_name")

• How to disable the Validation of the LOV on the search screen?

  I have a request for information form to allow the user to search from a main table.

  I added a LOV next to one of the research area to allow the user to get the code corresponding to the search as below.

  

  The LOV works very well and the user can select a value in the LOV and its target of search result.

  However, if the user manually entered something in this text field that is not a value valid within the LOV, adf exception out.

  It seems that it is because the validation against the VO LOV. Is it possible to disable LOV the validation on this job? Thank you!

  First Support of Oracle responded with "this is not a bug, this is normal!"

  Then I sent PM to several product managers and it are created internal bugs for issues related to this lov generated automatically in the facets of filter...

  There is no activity on the SR for almost 2 months...

  So if you have a support account, you can ask them (and refer to: Bug 20071215 - thrown exception table when the value in the field filter does not exist in lov, Bug 20071193 - using operator in the filter of the bird exception table when the column has associated lov)

  There are other issues, such as: If you meet several attributes in lov model-driven, it will also in filter fields, it is unclear what will happen if you have several lovs assigned to the attribute even,...

  The AC is very good because it is used by IE and Firefox and even complaining, Firefox don't doubt the authority. The server certificate does not include the name, and can find it. It is true that when I created the certif, I added an additional field with the IP address. The certificate should be valid for both the DNS name and IP address. When I try to connect to the server with IE using the IP address, now it's THE who complains that the certificate is valid for the name :-)

  What should I do for Firefox to accept my certificate in his name and validate with the CA instead of making several exceptions for everything?

  My question is, I am remove the record grid OK lines as well as the change of field checkbox if the box is checked then why it triggers the validation of the requirement?

  I use the JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0. In an entity object, I have a few transient attributes. These attributes represent the hours and the minutes and will be calculated from a databasecolumn that stores this time in minutes. The model I'm working with is defined in another library in the ADF.
  
  You imagine of course, the user should only be able to give the minutes between 0 and 59 minutes. So I created a validator on these transient attributes. When I now test validation in the AppModule it works when I set the validator on the entity object level, if I set them only to the level of the view object, they do not work.

  My solution is to do two commits:
  
  1 - no number:

  2. more high level then 59:

  1 validation expression:

  Validation expression 2: -.
  
  2 validation gives this error (for example a = m value):
  ORA-06502: PL/SQL: digital or value error: character number conversion error - the reason is clear m value is not numeric
  
  How this problem can be solved!

  Condition 2 validation by using a condition of PL/SQL Expression:
