  Hi HP supports,

  Since last night, I have a problem with running HP LoadRunner version 12.50 product controller.

  During loading, LoadRunner opens a dialog box where the following message appears: "there is no valid license. Renewal of license, contact HP Software customer service".

  I tried to fix LoadRunner installation by running the option fix in the installer and also execution of command below (I) has not helped found on another thread:

  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\LoadRunner\bin\LRWrapper.dll.

  It's very strange that the community license of 50vusers is active and we have also allowed VUD Global which expires on 19 Nov 2016th (see image). Starting today, this global license VUD is shown as being invalid (!) (attached image).

  Could you please tell me why the license now displays as invalid and how to restart the controller?

  I have a HP M7330 Media Center with a dead MB machine. Changed the MB & learned, too late, "Mo tattoo" as fact by HP & cannot use the recovery partition to reinstall. I'm looking for a way to get a copy of Windows Media Center 2005 french as I have a valid license key for a version of XP MC, this license does not work with my XP Pro drive & my better half - would like to get this machine in order for the moment.

  Windows XP Media Center is available for OEM only and if you don't have a motherboard the OEM valid, it will not activate.

  The only option would be to get a newer version of Windows if your system supports or get an OEM motherboard (HP) that you can use the recovery on.

  No, X is not the last. In fact, X, as 9 is now unsupported. After X XI, after that XI was DC. DC is the current version. No upgrade price from 9 more, unfortunately. You can subscribe to DC, and this is recommended because it gets new features faster and includes future updates (probably will be necessary as Microsoft moves to Windows 10 edition when they feel like it, instead of waiting for Windows 11/12 etc..)

  Recently, I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat 8.1.3 of an old laptop. During the uninstall, I made sure to deactivate my license when this option was presented.

  Now, I want to install Acrobat 8 on a new machine. I went to this page: download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9 and downloaded Acrobat 8 pro. On the new machine, I installed Acrobat 8. However, when I went to activate my previous license, it gave me an error saying that I was using an invalid license.

  I had a chat with customer support, and they verified that I had a valid license which is currently used by any machine. Using the trial version, I also checked that Acrobat was fully functional.

  Both the old and the new laptops are running Windows 10 with all the latest updates downloaded and installed.

  Troubleshooting guide did not help at all. However, after reading this thread:all I need is a link. A simple link. I realized that I was trying to use Acrobat 8 Standard license on an installation of Acrobat 8 Pro.

  However, the Adobe download page is the standard version. I had to read this post on the forum: Download Acrobat 8 Standard and then take a .iso for Acrobat 8 standard from here: Acrobat.com shared - files .

  I used windows 10, so I could ride easily and then run the autorun.exe file. Otherwise, you can always burn the .iso to a cd image file and run it from there.

  Tuxedo SDK license is required by 10 Tuxedo and previous version if you are using a version of the tuxedo develop your applications. I know, you can download the Tuxedo 10 license to the site to download Oracle Tuxedo. For another version, you contact your Oracle support.

  Yes, all Microsoft products that you install on your system will have a separate license. For example, Microsoft Windows XP has its own license, which will not work with the Microsoft Office application.

  If you install Microsoft Office, you must have a separate license for the same thing.

  Return of a local company who renovate and sell old computers from companies that upgrade their IT, I bought a Dell PC second-hand about a year. It came with Windows 7 installed, which I assume was an OEM copy - certainly, everything seemed fine until I installed SP1. This grew up messages that my copy was invalid, and I now have a black screen instead of the wallpaper.

  Is it possible to check if this license has been blacklisted by mistake, or if this company should not have been shipping the PC with Windows 7?

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Log out of the desktop application Adobe Creative Cloud (connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications)
  • Browse to the location: [system drive]: \ProgramData\Adobe
  • Rename the folder 'SLStore' to 'SLStore_old '.
  • Browse to the location: [system drive]: \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
  • Rename the folder 'SLCache' to 'SLCache_old '.
  • Connect to the desktop application Adobe CC and launch the application.
