  My server contacted me and told me to check my spam using their webmail account, because it was full.  It seems that when I used the rules of the mail I had clicked on delete from the server, just "do not download".  My spam folder was so full that I couldn't receive. • Windows 8 shows the other user when I start. How can I disable this?

I have to hit enter where the password should go and then I'll get the back button which will reveal my user account, but the other user account is listed next to it. I don't have an active guest account so I don't know what the other user account and I can't turn it off. I had my computer configured to just start up and go to my Start menu. I'm not sure but I think after an update to windows 8 a few weeks ago he has changed. I took the shot of what it looks like, but I'm not sure how to download on this forum.   Select the applications on the taskbar window and then press repeatedly the logo key Windows & arrow to the left until it is on your current screen.

  (a) what version of IE are you using?

  (b) has been going through the steps to reset Internet explorer?

  (c) you have any version of Flash Player on your system?

  You can try to update the version of Flash Player for videos.

  To do this all first you need to uninstall and then go ahead and download the latest version and install it.

  To uninstall the application follow the steps given below:

  1. open programs and features by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking programs, and then clicking programs and features.

  2. Select a program, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the ability to modify or repair the program in addition to uninstall, but many simply offer the option uninstall. To change a program, click change or repair. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  You can also check if the connection parameters are set by default.

  Make follow them the steps below:
