• Weird thing when I build the project

  Hey guys, I got straight... everthing well served, in the output, the first piece, the end, links.

  When I build my movie and open the ISO file of with a Blu - Ray player (so I'm not wasting a disc, and I check everything first) my main movie starts.

  There are no menus, no intro, no buttons, nothing. Just the full movie.

  Also, when I preview the project again, I see that everything is perfect. The first piece, transitions, the menu and the buttons.

  What this may be?

  The most likely problem is that the reading software does not play the bluray correctly. Which player do you use?

  Also use a BD - RE for testing.

  I get the message "the code you entered is invalid. Please try again' when I enter my serial number. My hard-drive/computer has been completely shattered, but I bought Adobe CS and still have my proof of purchase. I can't redeem my purchase and re - download.

  What product and version that concern?  What do you mean when you say "unable to redeem my purchase?

  If the code you enter is not a set of 24 numbers (only numbers), 6 sets of 4 numbers, then it is not the serial number.

• How to get out a window, when you use the main screen?

  When I'm in the MBR to 8 window and I opened a program like IE, how to close to return to the main screen. Some other icons are the same thing. I'm looking for a way to close it and return.

  I know that I can go to the lower left window, but did close these windows? Hope this makes since. I think that if I click on music it does the same thing. I can't end this one. I can find a break and other things.

  Maybe I'm not dragging my slider on the right side?

  Bring your cursor to the top of the standby screen until you see the hand and then click and drag it to the bottom of the screen... Who's going to close an application and take back you to the start screen.

  Press windows + C which will open the charms of the right side

  Press windows + key X that will open a menu of useful type administration programs

• the mouse movement is not displayed when you preview the project and after publication

  I missed a step when you change a demo of simulation? Here's the problem:

  When I edit in the timeline of a slide, I can move the appearance of the mouse movement and change the length of its duration; I can click on "show/hide elements" for the mouse, the text caption and select box to show or hide in the slide.

  All the changes reflect in preview > play Slide. But in preview > project or preview > in the browser or publish it to any format, except for the presence has changed and the duration of the movement of the mouse shows, others seem out of my control: 1) no mouse movement; (2) the pointer still displays its final position on the slide since the beginning of the slide; (3) the hidden nail box appears.

  That's happened?

  I come off some defect? Where is it?

  Your question is not quite clear to me, but this sentence "I can click on" show/hide elements "for the mouse, the text caption and select box to show or hide the slide." is ring a Bell! Have you used the "eye" icon in the timeline panel to "hide" the objects? That is not intended to hide the version published, only to temporarily hide for editing purposes, have has too many objects on the slide. If you really want to hide an object permanently, so it does not appear after the publication or during a preview (play Slide is not a preview, is also only for editing, synchronization) you must use the 'other' "eye" icon you will find at the top left of the properties of this object Panel. Quite confusing to have twice the same button to completely different purpose (there is even a third version in Drag Drop & who still has another feature, just hide the links in the D & D).

• When you build the deployment, install reportgen_txt.seq, but what program removal remove reportgen_txt.seq from the TestStand\Components\Models\TestStandModels directory?

  Basically, I want to install a reportgen_txt.seq to the Dir\Components\Models\TestStandModels TestStand Custom file during the installation of the program but when I remove the program from my computer I want to keep the custom file reportgen_txt.seq... Now when I remove the program, the custom reportgen_txt.seq file is also deleted.

  Someone at - it ideas in addition to having to have a second deployment to install the file?

  I just added a personalized using xcopy (see below).  I needed three files to be copied in specific directories once they have been installed in the installation directory.  My three preconfigured files are:

  reportgen_txt. SEQ

  Users.ini

  TestExec.ini

• RoboHelp 2015: Several output types that are not available when you open the project created with RH9

  I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 9 in RoboHelp 2015, and I have installed all updates. I use WebHelp output for most of my projects. I would like to use the new features of HR 2015, specifically the release of HTML5 sensitive; However, when I open a project created with RH9, this type of output is not available. This type of output, and many others is not listed as options can I choose from eBook including HTML5 Multiscreen, and others. I tried to create a new project with HR 2015, and import my RH9 project files, but the sensitive HTML5 output and others remained unavailable. Are there settings I can change into my existing project or HR 2015 in order to use these features and new types of output? Recreate all the subjects in HR 2015 seems to be a very undesirable solution.

  Right click on the pod output and select new.  All options will be listed.

• Is there anyway to customize the screen to "play" when you create the project responsive for Tablet and mobile?

  I was wondering if there is an easy way to customize the screen button "play". Currently, when the project is considered on the mobile, it displays the button on the large central room with the gesture icon in the upper right. Essentially my client do not like this, and although they don't have a landing page before moving in the course, they would prefer the page to be better integrated in the style of running. Basically, I want to put this page in a title page that shows a picture of background rather than having a white background all.

  I had a glance through the preferences and settings and have failed to find anything, so I thought I'd come and ask here see if someone else has done something similar before you start messing around with the release of HTML5.

  Any ideas or solutions would be very welcome!

  Publish fewer setting/start and end, if you deselect the AutoPlay option, you can navigate to a picture that you want to use.

• Somehow, I closed a few windows such as my timeline, overview and project of editing window and can't seem to get back to the regular provision, I am used to when you open the project.

  can anyone help recover my normal screen when I open the program. I tried shuttingh down and it opens upward with what has been closed before closing the program

  Menu bar > workspace > reset workspace

  Same MAC have bars of menus in applications (despite being so "intuitive")

• Error message when you open the project.

  I get an error message when I try to open a project in which I worked on these last two weeks.

  Some tips on how to run again, or am I screwed?

  I tried to restart Captivate and the computer. The file is not an attachment and I worked on it every day the past few weeks, worked very well. Available disk space is still left, so shouldn't be a problem either.

  Any help is appreciated.

  I was referring to the preferred option in Captivate to create backup files.  Have you had this market?

  

  Working on a LAN on any project file Captivate is not recommended because a glitch in the network traffic for a backup action can damage your project file.  Maybe it's actually what happened in your case.

  When you say "only saving the file on my hard drive" do you mean that you have saved the project file on your hard drive before you open it whenever you work on it?  If so, it is strongly recommended.

  Look to see if you have a backup of your file version (look in the same location as the project file and see if you have another file it is about the same size with the same name but the backup on the end).

  Is there is no backup file and then you can restore the project using the cache of Captivate files.

  Unfortunately there is no setting in system preferences to change this for a reason any.

  If you really need to do this, you must do so through terminal to modify a specific file in a very specific way.

• My laptop sometimes "out of Short" when you press the Start button, what happens in the repair of this anomaly.

  I use a laptop Acer Aspire 4540 (32 bit).  The problem started when the optical drive DvD - CD started to not start consistantly, gradually, the group became hotter than normal. Finally, which would not start up. I tried to follow the advice given on... disconnect the battery and by holding down the start 30 seconds button. But, to no success in remeding the problem.   Can you provice me with any advice that could help me solve this problem.
