  I had the same problem and after searching the internet forums that associated with a SSD for my Dell coming Pro 11 months replacement, I found a solution that works so far as well as the original SanDisk. I bought a 512 GB, Transcend, MTS600 P/N - TS512GMTS600, that I cloned from the factory using Acronis True Image 2014 drive. BTW, the cloning was working after disabling by default enabled encryption file. Hope that it will also be the solution for you.

  My place of dell pro screen start flashing once the call is established. Sometimes, the screen remains black as if swithced off. This happens all in making a call or once I answer a phone call. The touch screen is disabled for the duration of the call. Once the Group at the other end disconnects screen becomes active again. I called dell support and they advised to reset to the factory settings. Tried, but the problem still persists.

  Had the same issue, but took off the protective film that came with the phone and resolved immediately.

  The default phone has a battery mode that disables the display when it in next to you ear and an appeal is in economics.

  Seems the protective skin band prevents the phone to detect when its next to your ear

• Venue Pro 8 - button / stop does not turn off the screen

  I just got a coming 8 Pro (32g).  The user manual says that I should be able to press the power button and turn off the screen.  However, when I press the power button, nothing happens.  I can for 4 seconds and the PC will ask to stop, but pressing on this button does not put the tablet in standby or turn off the screen at all.  I have to go to settings-> Power-> sleep just to turn off the screen.

  Yes, I checked the setting of the button / stop under control panel, and it is set to "Sleep" for all cases, battery and plugged in.

  Is there another setting somewhere to turn on the power button to turn off the screen?

• Venue Pro - Windows 8.1 8 keyboard to the screen shows comma in digital layout

  Even change my regional settings to use the point ".". I always get the comma in the digital layout of the onscreen keyboard.  Changed the location/region South Africa as well, still does not help.

  Is it possible to change this?

  

  I have 2 languages installed on landmines (English and German) shows English German by commas and dot.

  I suggest to remove other languages, you may have installed or remove English and reinstall as previously mentioned. Maybe the system is mixed up.

  The last windows update has audio output so low on my venue 8 pro I csn barely hear the keyboard. All the other audio is too low, and I set it all up as high as possible. I have no confidence that Microsoft will resolve this problem. Maybe Dell can lead to an update that takes care of this.

  It seems that it is a known problem. There are already other discussion forums discuss there including Microsoft... The problem occurs after you install Windows 8.1. Update 1 (KB2919355). It is already confirmed on many features including Room 8 and 11 Pro. MS has made some changes to the keyboard on the screen and re-installing the audio drivers does not help. That's what I discovered after it happened to my devices V8P and V11P.

  If you're lucky, the connection to the screen is not correctly connected or must be replaced.  If you are unlucky, the display needs to be replaced.  Make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation.

  I got my Macbook Pro since mid-2012, but in the last year and a half, I noticed that the brands are now appearing on the screen. Even if I clean that brands are still, it's almost as if something ate away at the screen. I have attached a picture below, so that people have an idea of the question. Since you've had your computer for more than three years, you have about a month to be eligible for a free repair. There is no official information about it on Apple's site, however, MacRumors article seems legitimate. Successfully, I had my screen replaced for free out of warranty for the same problem.
