It's my only pc, and I'm unable to use it as the operating system is unstable! I really need to reinstall windows! Ant help is greatly appreciated

  You can order the Toshiba recovery disks to reinstall the original image (backup your data first).
  Otherwise, you might try Windows 10 by downloading from Microsoft. Its a free upgrade (perhaps soon to expire).

  I have a C50 Satellite - A - 1 6 originally shipped with Windows 8.1. I had turned off successfully UEFI and start safe to install Windows 7 in boot legacy mode.

  However, I now upgrade to 8.1 Windows again, but I can't access the boot menu or BIOS anymore, I tried all the F keys, with or without holding the Fn, does not. The phone displays a cursor flashing for a second before you boot from the hard drive. Try to boot from USB or CD/DVD as-is does not, either.

  To sum up, the laptop is currently not in UEFI mode, it starts Windows 7 in legacy mode, I intend to install Windows 8.1 in legacy startup mode, but cannot access the start menu or the laptop on USB or CD/DVD to boot.

  Any help on this is much appreciated.

  I don't know which driver you tried to install, but for USB, you will not find any driver. For the use of the USB ports, you will need to install the Chipset driver.

  Sorry, but it's really not easy to say what the problem is here. If you have a recovery CD try to make the new installation of the OS. If this is insufficient, it may be hardware problem.

  I'm afraid that the HARD disk is defective m and so the laptop isn't able to boot the system.
  You can check in the BIOS.
  All turn on/off the device, press F2. Now on the first page of the BIOS, you should see the ODD (optical disc) details and details of the HARD disk (in the case of defective HARD isn t disc).

  In case the HARD isn t listed, the HARD disk drive may not be recognized by the BIOS and must be replaced.

  When you remove the battery and unplug the power button press power AC power supply for about 30 seconds. This should reset your machine.
  After dong that try to start your Satellite laptop with power supply only.

  Most of my photos iPhone 5s is the GPS tags display. How you have exported photos to see the EXIF data?

  When you export the edited versions, select "location information". File > export > export... photos.

  

  When you export the originals (file > export non-original), activate the sidecar file.

  Then you should be able to see the GPS values with exiftool or outline:

  

  The first pictures after activating the iPhone have no tags GPS, if you the dishes inside or the iPhone has not yet found enough GPS satellites.
