Very disappointed - again - with HP

So, I bought a laptop a representative of HP Envy 15.

He did test for a few days and the laptop crashed right out of the box. The representative took back and claimed that it was replaced by a new. Of course, I had already checked the s/n and n/p on the "previous" pc and they have a game in the "new". The only difference was, my HD passed 500 to 320 and went from a Seagate in a Hitachi. (he said it was a fault of the HD and that the passage he with the 320 version would solve it, which sounded like a ton of Bull.)

Because I needed a new laptop to be fast, and because the questions seemed resolved, I bought the laptop and headed out of the country of purchase.

The HP support Assistant keeps telling me that the warranty is valid until February 2011, who is 7 months less than the promised int ' l then 2 years local warranty one year - Bill says clearly - and when I try to register my laptop, I can't find the name of the exact product (the tag reading HP ENVY15 t - 1100) I bought it in September 2010. And when I enter my pn and sn to access the media do it, the automatic tool can't find anything.

Assuming that the representative of HP is not a rogue, what gives?

I only bought some HP laptops since I started. But after my last 2 purchases disappointing and etiquette of enormous price on the desire, I think that it is high time that I head down a different road.

    For some reason, itunes suddenly began to create an element for each song I download, whether it's an album there or by an artist that I have. I was able to correct some of them harassing again and again with the sorting, but most of the time, it creates just an additional entry! I have about 20 different Manic Street Preachers who come upward (my group preferred so many downloads). How can I fix! Very annoying!

    If iTunes displays multiple instances of an artist or an album then generally what works is to select all the associated tracks and use read the information to add say an end X for each of the areas of the slopes have in common:

    • For an album. Album, Album artist, and artist (if the artist is the same for all tracks) *
    • For an artist; Album artist (and the artist unless there are comments/featured artists listed which should not be changed)

    Apply the change which merges things together, then remove the excess characters. Occasionally, it can help to close and reopen iTunes between two renaming operations.

    * If the titles must be synchronized to a non - iOS device, there should be a common artist or the album must be defined as a Compilation.

Therefore, I called the apple (here in Greece) support several times and finally they asked me to send the Macbook to the apple to check it out. I sent it to them and they assured me that the computer is fine, even if the computer continues to freeze. Finally, six months before the computer is off. I sent it again for the service of apple and they told me once again that the computer is fine and he needs to format! I did, and then the same thing happened. I sent back it once more and then they told me 'you are right, the computer has a problem, but we are unable to find exactly what it is. Therefore, we will replace the motherboard and it will be fine." I tried to explain that I won't have enough time to 2 year warranty and I want to replace it because I bought a defective product that I can't use. They assured me once more that I won't have any problem if they replace the motherboard. I tried to believe and I agreed, but when they send me back about 2 weeks ago, I had the same problem. Now, I'm telling them to replace the Macbook pro, because it was their fault that they couldn't find the problem before the warranty but I can't find a solution! I've already talked to a lawyer and if they can't find me a solution soon, I'll take legal action. I am very disappointed! What do you think?

    If they did replace the motherboard, did you get a new computer, because almost all of the chips inside are on this motherboard.

    If the new motherboard has a problem, the warranty on the repair is expected to replace this motherboard again until it is no problem.

    As a subscribed game iTunes, I was sold is worth a year of advertising free iTunes radio. I am very disappointed that Apple has decided to revoke this privilege without any offer of refund prorated. The commercial-free radio was my only reason for iTunes corresponds to the subscription. Something apple doesn't realize is that I regularly discover new artists on iTunes radio and buy their music. In my opinion, $120 / year is too expensive for the radio. Looks like I'll go back to Pandora and commercial interruptions.

    Yes you can. The way simplest and quickest way to accomplish what you want is clear the Time Capsule disk and then start over again with a new backup of a Mac. Then, once it's over, make a new backup of the other Mac.

    When the two Macs have saved for the first time, then both will continue back up automatically and gradually.

    I also got distraught Lenovo customer support, wonder why they even bother with this 'service '.

    We had planned for the purchase of several thousand 10 + HD tablets for our employees.

    After getting a few units, including a personal Tablet for my use, I cancelled the PO.

    We'll buy a mixture of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition) and the Samsung Tab S 10.5 that Koreans have Lenovo broke the top hand.
