    _Regarding the display driver: _
    Which driver do you have?
On the Toshiba driver page, you can find two different drivers (AMD/ATI and Intel) and a comment: +(For Supported Model Only) +.
This means that you need to check the GPU and must use the correct driver.

Your laptop is equipped with an Intel graphics chip. Then DON T install AMD/ATI driver!

    _Regarding LAN driver: _
What's the problem exactly? Do you get any error messages?
Can you please provide more details.

  • Need to board/VGA-drivers WinXP to operate the Satellite A65 of US

    Hello

It is not listed throughout the Toshiba Satellite A65-site (s). But it exists and it needs some drivers. This special came from the United States, in Germany and lost all Recovery/Driver/utility-CDs. I've set up w / standard-XP-drivers, but shortly after the installation of VGA (ATI Catalyst) produced it blue screens.

Now it won´t boot XP without blue screening. This maybe because I installed the drivers A60 which seem to be OK, but luckily VGA.

Can someone help me? Is there a link for the drivers exactly for Satellite A65?

    Thanks in advance - B-Server

    Hello

If you need drivers for US models laptops visit Toshiba US page under download http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_home.jsp

You will find everything you need.

  • Want to VGA drivers for Satellite A100-033 under Vista Edition basic family

I have a Satellite A100-033 which runs Windows Vista Home Basic. The main video driver is an Intel 945 chipset. However, I would like to install a regular VGA driver. It's because I have a software which requires mode full-screen. The Intel chipset will not allow this, but the VGA video driver did. So far I was able to access the VGA driver on my laptop, via customize / displaysettings / monitor /, which would allow me to select a VGA driver from a list of device drivers that was introduced to me. However, this option has been removed from the list of options. How can I find the VGA driver on my laptop, or download another?

    Hello

I'm a bit confused of Mr. I put t know exactly what you want to do, but the graphics card driver can be updated and install through the Device Manager.
Simply access the Device Manager, select the graphics card and install or update the graphics driver.

Some graphics drivers cannot be installed automatically. In this case you should install it manually.
This means that you must assign the source of graphics card driver manually.

  • Problem with the Lenovo Z575 VGA drivers

    Hi guys,.

As you probably know, driver VGA for this laptop is a bit outdated. I have a problem with Rage. It crashes after a few minutes of play. I guess that it also works with the only Integrated GPU because there are differences in performance between the modes 'High Performance' and 'Save energy' in the ATI drivers.

So I decided to install the new version of Catalyst 12.6 beta which has full support for mobile and swichable graphics. Alfer, Rage finallny works like a charm - no falls down and inprovement of great performance, but the BONE started to freeze and crash. Also other games began to work more bad. On official catalyst 12.4 site AMD form is identical on 12.6 beta.

And the strangest thing is that my friend has the Asus laptop with the same features of the CPU and GPU, and he has not had problems using the latest drivers form AMD site.

If you have any sugestions how to solve that or what is going on, please help me

OK, I solved the problem. Just had to uninstall Amd accelerated video transcoding device and now all works well on catalyst 12.4 in the site of AMD.

  • WinXP B590 vga drivers

    Hello

Does anyone know how to install, or better said: where to get graphics drivers of B590 for WinXP?

I looked here in the forum and the only one, I found was this one: http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-3000-and-Essential/Video-drivers-for-Windows-XP-Lenovo-B590/m-p/1... but it is not the solution cos it doesn't work at all (or just there were too few explained how to do things and when asked noone answered my question)...?

    [S O L V E D]
OK, I can say I solved it myself in totally different one for me much easier approach: graphics card of B590 I own is "Intel HD Graphic", so:

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.), I searched drivers drivers vga WinXP ThinkPad Lenovo support site and downloaded (link to these drivers: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/83d122ww.exe - it really is just a container, you just extract/run it unchecking 'install' option at the end of extraction that way cos he instal used, a need to do it "by hand"... standard it extracted 'C:\Drivers\Win\DISPLAY4' so after extraction just take this file and) move it to the right place if you want, and you can also delete the original file "83d112ww.exe")

2.) and then in Device Manager I've manually updated my 'hard' vga with these drivers uknown (you must point to the folder with these drivers, its subfolder in of these pilots called "Graphics" - you'll find required file 'kit51488.inf')

3.) you will see 3 drivers after sellecting: Intel HD graphics, Intel HD graphics 3000, Intel HD Graphic 4000 - our drivers are the first generic one (Intel HD Graphic)

4.) after press OK WinXP complain that these drivers are not exactly for this device blah blah blah, just go on...

5.) at the end you will not be prompted to restart, but YOU HAVE TO (!)

6.) after reboot: voila - everything is up and running as it should be now with installed Intel HD Graphic...

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P.S.: this solution works on WinXP SP3 Tablet edition with Slovak language pack, .NET Framework 4.0, MS VB 5 redist., MS VB6 redist., MS C ++ 2005 redist., MS C ++ 2008 redist., MS C ++ 2010 redist., Microsoft DirectX 9 June 2010

P.S.II: perhaps it may seem rude to you but Lenovo is worse from one month to the other by all means when it comes to supporting their own devices and 'professional' supports, gee!

BTW: you don't want me for the true professional support now, hm? Sarkasm :-D good... certainly cela you SHOULD PIN as REAL AND the most SIMPLE (that one you posted is completely wrong)

Satellite A660 - my computer hangs and the VGA driver crashes and then recovers when I watch Youtube or any other streaming site. I think that there is a problem with VGA drivers. I have Windows 7 64 bit. Rarely, windows get completely frozen and must be started cold.

    Friends of ideas?

    Hey,.

Yes, sometimes I read on these issues here in the forum, but the solution is simply: update the display driver!

You can download the latest drivers for your laptop from Toshiba's official website:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com > support & downloads > download drivers

But before installing the latest version I recommend to remove the old first and restart your laptop. Then you install the most recent.

    I hope it works :)
