video files for HP Pocket Playlist

I don't know how to download video files or music to transfer again HP Pocket Playlist.Tried of Netflix & Crackle but get instantly streaming. How to back up the file to use on the Playlist. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi ktmflyer350:

Thank you for your response.  I hope you had a good weekend.

Yes, the Playlist of Pocket must be connected to the computer.

Once it is connected and recognized by the computer to, it's own drive letter.

You should then be able to add movies, as if it was your hard drive in your computer.

You then access this reader to extract the files.

You have to remember that companies like Netflix and Pandora, are available to watch or listen instantly, right on your device., or your computer.   You can not record streaming video or music to any device.

The Playlist of Pocket HP goes beyond what is expected of portable media storage and entertainment. With internet connection not required all streaming and without need for a data plan, this portable device innovative unencrypted content, movies, music, TV shows and photos stream - to up to five mobile devices at the same time. (6) this award-winning entertainment device acts as a home DVR but is smaller and lighter than the average smartphone, making it easier to follow you everywhere.

I hope this helps.

  • How to record a video cut like a new video file for later use in other projects

Hello.  I am new to Adobe Premiere and this might be a really stupid question, but it is possible to take a slice of video, a piece out of it and record this song like a new video file to use in several sequences?  For example, I have a videotape of interviews with a 100th birthday that I have attended and I would like to connect different comments in different parts of a video that I do.  But I would like to create splices of all comments I recorded, consider each comment and then organize the comments on the paper and then go back and put the clips of commentary in different parts of the video master.  How to connect the original video into smaller pieces and set them aside so I can embed clips at a later date?  I know I can cut video and leave it in my main video but I really want to put aside.  A bit like cropping of a picture and make a backup from the cropped image under a different name, so I can create a collage of pictures that result later, I crop.

If all goes well, that makes sense.  I have until December to finish this video wife of Grandpa will celebrate HIS 100th and I would like to have this video to see the family.

    Thanks in advance.

Since you have until December, it will be worth your time

  • Video file for iPad of the retina

    Hello everyone

I would like to know what is the best file I can put in an article that will be displayed ONLY on the retina of the iPad: it is useful to have a video file which is 2048 x 1536 (means: darn heavy) or should I stick to the 1024 * 768 ?

    Thank you very much

Do not go above 1024 x 768. I found that for many 720px wide is fine.

2048 x 1536 as you have already discovered will blow up the size of the

Folio at all out of the water without any advantage.

  • backup video files for the web?

I got about 20 discs hard stuff firewire.  Recently had a fire, here, with no drastic results, but it scares me.

Is there a safe way to save these readers to the ether?

I understand that different save sets break files into pieces.  I can't imagine how it works for files video and comps.

Anyone had any experience with this?

If it's really important, you might have more luck finding a local storage / archival or some members of the family to another House and store some backup disks with them. I don't think that the storage of online backups is a viable alternative for the amount of data we are talking about. It will cost you a lot of money, you don't get those gigabytes for free anywhere and the downloads are hairy. you are also still at risk of the supplier goes out of business or deleting your files for some reason any. Directly related to fire-related damage, you can also consider a steel tempered light Cabinet / Treasury Board. But as with all the other stuff, it should always weigh the cost against the risk of a fire happening or any other damage that occur... ultimately, it may not be worth and fees, if you cannot deduct as a business investment.

  • video files for DPS horizontal and vertical

My class built a DPS application last semester, it is heavy on video.

Students built the app in the H and V of the guidelines.

When I download the producer, it seems to load the video twice once for the V and once for the V - y would there be a way to get so that both orientations were using the same file?

I fear that the final folio will be massive in size because of all of the video content.

    Thank you

    Seth

I deleted my previous answer. If you use the same path for the assets shared among the versions h and v, each shared resource is downloaded only once. This is true of other layouts in InDesign CS6, and I think that's true for CS5/CS5.5 as well. This was the case during a quick test, we did it.

  • Need to export video files for future editing

    Hello

I have recently started a small media company and shot some footage of b-roll to sell to a customer. It's my first commercial job and even if I used my steadycam the film was a little chaotic sometimes. I don't want to give my first client shit pictures and so I edited the clips in Adobe Premiere Pro using stabilizer of curvature that has cleaned up the images how I want. Now, I need to export without compress images or dropping the res so that they have the good clean sequence to modify and use it however they want in the future.

I was not able to find all the right answers on that yet. Everyone says to use the H.264 format, but that will compress the images which will then get compressed again once the company changes it. This is no bueno.

I shot the pictures with my sony a6000 using the codec AVCHD using the 28 M (PS) 60 p setting.

If anyone knows this but the best format and parameters to use to export the images so that it is always high resolution and compressed that would be very useful. I am new to Premiere Pro and even to try to understand that stuff.

    Thanks for your help

To really make this clear... Qt format or the wrapper is ok, and the codecs are ok, the Player within Windows that is the question. And the danger. In addition to being a player really sucky, of course.

So, using a mov or Qt 'wrapper' is not a problem at all, and no one in a Windows computer must have the player installed to work with mov envelope. In the OS by Apple computer, the player is still "maintained" and quite safe. And as this Qt any 'thing' is a baby Apple, still fairly steady on the Mac side.

Most of the PC seems to be able to again encode mov format in PrPro using 2015.3 10.x versions and later. Some need to download the Qt 'basic' items to encode mov format, but can choose NOT to download & install the Player, so to be entirely safe.

Make a Cineform in the mov wrapper should be usable as well in the PC and Mac, and it plays very well back.

And of course, DNxHD/R is also very good.

As to what flavor of DNxHD/R, I'll just copy my previous answer...

"With DNxHD/R, probably use a HQ 'flavor' of the frame-size/rate appropriate, in the Group/MXF Op1a. .

" The difference between HQ and the HQX in round-trip DNxHD codec settings is HQ is 8-bit, HQX is 10 bits, but I do not think that your media began as a 10-bit, so it may be too much at this point."

Choose an appropriate-size/frame rate HQ or HQX according to your needs, as indicated.

  • E250 does not convert or display video files

I've got the sansa e250.  Version V03.01.11A.  Not sure on my firmware version, I couldn't find that.  The thing is very new.  I just got it 2 days ago.  I copied and pasted video files for it, but they won't play.  They appear in the file on my computer sansa, but file said empty on my player.  I have since discovered that I need to use a Media Converter.  So I did, but when I try to convert the file it immediately said that it was an error and the converter needs to close.  Click the web help to solve the problem only stops the converter.  I click on more information about the error and that all I get is that it was a "APPCRASH"  Any ideas on what I can play video?

    Thank you

Update the firmware on the E200, as explained here.

The out-of-the-box version has a lot of bugs - and it's kind of sad and surprising that SanDisk is still selling them with this version.

Make sure you have the latest Sansa Media Converter

    Try again.

If it doesn't work, you can also try the last Rhapsody, which is made to work with the E200. A custom install so there is no media player by default.

There are many, many video formats and the Sansa only plays like he wants.  Some may just not work. You can search the forum Media Converter in the link above to find the info on the type of file you are trying to use, or after a question here. Or call 1-866-SANDISK.

  • Upload video files to Business Catalyst

    Dear Sir

I did a web structure by Adobe Muse, and now I would like to download it on Business Catalyst. In the active HTML document exported file, there was some video files for volume 40G close. How can I download these video files to Business Catalyst to play in my live web? Thank you very much for

You can make reference to: Adobe Muse Help | Incorporation of videos and other content HTML and the specified item was not found.

  • Treatment of small video files in a project

    Hello

I use after effects to a video creation consisting of many other small videos. And here's my problem with him:

Whenever I have added a small video file for my project I just need only a small fraction of it. But these small fractions are not normally at the beginning of this file. Which means that I have to drag and drop the file several times to the left. Is there a way to speed up this process? Maybe as each video file droppped into my project starts at the level of the mark 2 min or something? I then would save a lot of time to drag things around.

My other problem is that I have over 200 videos, I need to put into my project. But their import and later research in these videos takes a long time. Is there perhaps a way to fix that too? Normally, I do not know before the end of the project which, of these 200 videos, I need (normally only need 20 to 30 of them, so I put them all in there).

Thank you very much for all the advice

    Chris

PS: on a technical level: I have 4 GB of Ram, but it seems after effect uses only 50% (with the help of win 7 64 bit). Can I increase this? And also, what part of my computer would increase the working speed in after effect most (I don't want to make since I do that on another computer, I only mean put 200 videos in, drag and drop things, previews etc.). An SSD fix might that be?

You can also set points in the window film in the latest versions of After Effects and output. I do it all the time.

  • Firefox does not remember volume level on flash for example of YouTube videos files, why?

Audio and video files always start playing at full volume, rather than to remember the previous volume. Disable all add-ons does not solve the problem, and the problem does not exist when I use other browsers. I tried to go into the settings of my flash (local and global when right-clicking on a video) and say things to allow the storage of data on my hard drive, but it also has not solved the problem.

Some flash videos in fact retain the status level / mute volume, but YouTube, DailyMotion and others are not among them even if they are working correctly when I use Chrome. This is extremely irritating because it resets the volume up during playback of the playlist.

I noticed just now that you somehow seem to be two versions of the Flash Player installed. Perform a new installation of the latest version as follows.

    1. From the next page, save the program uninstall handy somewhere, like the office.

    2. In the next page, save the installer for other browsers. If you are also using Flash Player in Internet Explorer, also save the ActiveX version.
    3. Close all applications.
    4. Launch the uninstaller.
    5. In Windows Explorer, try to open the following folders. If they exist, delete them manually.
      • C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\
      • %AppData%\Adobe\Flash Player\
      • %AppData%\Macromedia\Flash Player\
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Run the Setup program for the other browsers.
    8. Run the installation of the ActiveX program if you downloaded it.
  • Open Firefox Windows Media Player for video files

I need to make Firefox to open the actual Windows Media Player application (not a plugin, the window real app) when clicking on video links, for example, WMV. These file types are already associated in Windows Explorer with WMPlayer, but this has no effect on Firefox.

What happens now is that, after you have clicked on a video, I get a screen black with yellow icon of VLC Player (VideoLAN VLC installed on my PC) in the Center and no video. I don't want to launch VLC or internal plug-ins.

You can change the type of application opens for each kind of type in Firefox options.

    =====================================
MP3 files can be problematic in Movie Maker...
Best bet would be to convert the files to the. WMA
format before you import into Movie Maker.

There are many converters available on the net... the
the following link is an example:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Format Factory (freeware)
    http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Format_Factory
    (the 'direct link' is faster)
(the file you want to download is: > FFSetup295.zip<>
    (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
('all' boxes on the last screen)
    (Windows XP / Vista / 7)

First... after the download and installation of Format
Factory... you can open the program and
left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
"Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
(this is where you find your files after they)
    are converted)

Drag and drop your music files on the main screen...

    Select "while"WMA"/ OK...

Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...
