  Once you have changed your password, the OLD password is no longer valid. You must use the NEW password to access your account, regardless of the browser you use.

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > history > clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is displayed) go to tools > clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "all".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to details to toggle the active details list.

  Since Firefox updated to 17.0.1, the plugins flash and silverlight has simply disappeared.
  I tried to clean install of the flash player, it didn't work. I tried to install clean an earlier version of flash player, what does not work.   I just got a new computer with Windows 7. I was able to transfer most of my profile from my window XP by following the HELP articles about backup and transfer profiles. I did it with a removable Flash drive. My passwords have not been transferred, had neither my Add-ons. I can live with that, but now Firefox is not to remember my password. EX: EBay, AOL mail, etc. I have to sign all the time and type the password even if small Firefox window with the PASSWORD SAVE lights up and the password is supposed to be saved. I checked all your items in the record of the passwords and all settings are correct. I went in the window of passwords saved in my profile, it is empty.
  Don't you think that something got corrupted in the transfer?
