Video format to create graphic buttons

So my question is: what video file format is the best for a component video auto-play Muse?

I want to do is have the two circles in the picture below (clickable links) seems to be automatic playback of video files, and I'm not sure of the best method to do this.

My instinct is to use a GIF, but I feel that there must be a better file format that Muse is able to use. I'm a user of Photoshop and After Effects, so I have a plethora of options for creating the files, I just need to know what type is best for this Muse.

Thank you for your help,

This has nothing to do with the Muse at all. You cannot use what is supported on the web - h.264 / H.265, Ogg, VP9, possibly more depending on the browser. and of course an animated GIF will do for short stuff, not too colorful. Apart from that, with the exception of GIF, your biggest problem will be actually load and play videos in a way so that they retain their link function, which means that the magic sauce is in the embed code.

  • Creating visible buttons with graphics

After you have created the button with graphics.

Button layer... See the CIRCLE, MORE white poster, down the place of show, STRUCK by the black circle.

Can you tell me it's OK because after I add layer to ActionScript still getting errors.

I want to assure you that I have up to this point.

a big thank you to you guys who helps others

What you are doing inside the both graphic key have no impact on issues relating to the code.    The CLICKED image specifies only the clickable area for the button, it is not an image that is displayed at any time.  It is usually used if the clickable area must be different from that of the top lowest areas.

If you get any errors, you must copy and paste errors in your ad and view the code associated with them.

  • Why will not post any kind of video format Windows Movie Maker?

I have a video project together over but when I click 'save to computer' and go through it, he starts to publish but stick to 1% or 2%. I tried just to publish a still image (JPEG) that works. I added a voice on the video image, published again very well. Then added an mp3 which is used throughout the project, which publishes perfectly too. Add a video file, however, freezes it. I tried to break the project down into third to check that it is not "too complex" that didn't work and now even in the sixth that don't work as.
I tried using videos MP4, AVI and WMV, but nothing to do with a video clip will release.

I am running vista and movie maker 2.6.
(And ive also tried to put the project on a Win7 computer and who publishes but the same file wont open (all files component also transferred to 2nd pc))

I am incredibly frustrated with this now so please, any help would be appreciated!

I was wondering why you are running Movie Maker 2.6?
Do you have Vista Movie Maker 6 enforcement issues?

What is the duration of the project? Long and complex projects

The. WMV video format is the best choice, and you already

Director of windows has an update that is compatible with MP4 video formats?

You posted in a forum of Win XP, so I guess

Several formats are apparently compatible with
Movie Maker, but the most reliable choices are:

    Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv - avi
    Audio - wav, wma, wmv

Best bet for your MP4 files would be to convert
to the. WMV format before3 import into Movie Maker.

  • Video format: 4:3

I need help from someone who understands the video formats MS!

I did a major project (slide show) in Microsoft Movie Maker. I put many hours into it. It has many slides and lasts about 10 minutes. The photos are all in 4:3 format. When I click on publish, I have several options for the video format. There is a low-bandwidth, parameter 4:3 (default), which produces about a 100 M. Film WVM. It is terrible resolution and is not good to look at.

There are several additional parameters. The best is the DV - AVI (NTSC). The problem with it is that it produces a very large. AVI (about 2 GB) file. I am trying to download this to YouTube. Their limit is 2 GB, and for some reason (the file is 1.98 gigas), it fails to download. In addition, I'm afraid that no one will be able to watch it because of its size and slow download speed!

In addition, there is a "Windows Media DVD quality" that generates a file of 200 M around. It's better than 100 M in quality, but not much better. I'm not happy with it.

After that, my options for the video format all put the film in 16:9 format, what ruin my movie - my photos are in 4:3, and you get seasick watching!

There are three options offering the size of the file that I'm hoping to create (around 500 M). Windows Media HD 720 p (which, however, is 16:9, but creates a file of 450 M); Windows Media HD for XBox 360 (500 M). and Windows Media HD 1080 p (creating a 589 M). These three produce high quality video, but the format is 16:9.

What I want to do is to create a better quality 4:3 video. Is it possible to do in Movie Maker? Someone at - it ideas? Is it possible to migrate a Movie Maker project into another program of MS Media? Any other ideas?

    Thank you! ~ KM

  • FLV and other video format player

    Hello

I am using windows 7 Home premium. my windows media player, I want the codecs which can play all kinds of video formats like flv, and everything... where I can get these codecs... is these codecs are recommended by microsoft...?

Microsoft not created for Windows Media Player codecs separately.

Today, there are hundreds of audio and video codecs in use. Codecs have been created by other companies, organizations or individuals. By default, the Windows operating system and the player includes a number of the most popular codecs, such as MP3, Windows Media Audio and Windows Media Video.

There might be times, however, when you want to read the content that is compressed with a codec that does not include Windows or the default player. In many cases, you can download the necessary codec on the web for free or for a fee. And, in some cases, the player can automatically use the codecs installed by other reading programs and the creation of digital media on your computer.

You can download one of the famous codec from the (improved) website below.

  • Adding a graphic button in a widget accordion instead of using just the text?

You can add a graphical button to a widget accordion instead of using just the text?

You can do this in the text box in the accordion. Here's what you want to do. Add/create the chart or the button on the page of Muse (not in the accordion). Once you have it set the size you want, select the item, and then copy it. Go to your accordion, then click the tab that you want the image to appear. Just like if you were to type in the box. Instead of typing you want to paste the selected chart. I hope this helps.

  • SWF files to YouTube-friendly video format conversion

I have a Flash file that contains two AS3 files and an XML file and want to convert it to a video format so that I can put it in a video player with play, pause, buttons etc. I know have the AS3 files and XML complicates things, and simply upload the SWF file to a converter does not work, nor does attempt to export it in AVI or MOV.

Does anyone have an experience with a video converter that works with these external files? If not, is there another method where I could transfer frame FLA in Flash?

  • Creating a button that highlights himself and another object

    Hi all

I have a specific function, I am applying for my InDesign document for export to interactive PDF and SWF/html format.
The function that I am creating is:
I have a picture of a typical WYSIWYG toolbar. I created highlight buttons that sit on top of each icon in the image. When the reader hovers over this image of an icon (with the cursor) I want it highlight and also a piece of text lower on the page to highlight as well (which is a definition and an explanation of the icon). So I want the reversal of my first button action to also trigger another action, which is to highlight a piece of text somewhere else on the page. I managed to get so I put the cursor on the first button (icon image), it highlights, and the text below the page. But this isn't quite what I want. I want the text already exists, then highlight. Basically I want the two buttons to be connected. So that whenever I have fly over a part of the image of a created button, it will highlight, and a piece of exploratory text highlight simultaneously elsewhere on the page. A bit like an infographic. It is surely possible?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Generally, the animations as this is to export a SWF file are better be done in Adobe Flash.

In Indesign that kind of market, too. Only for export as SWF, you can assign to the action "go to the State." For a text block, you can assign different status, where the 1st State would be 'normal' and the 2nd status would be "highlighted". Highlighted applies to the object "text frame", so that you can assign a contour or background. Better than nothing.

    Example: Dropbox - test_highlight.indd
