• HTML5 video widgets does not

  I seem to have some problems with most of the html5 and Muse video widgets. One of these widgets of Muse-themes, musepen, 123muse, QooQee do not load the videos and videos are not visible when you preview the site or after the publication of the site. This seems to be a new problem that I had no such problem in the past.

  The video widget full width of Muse-themes doesn't seem to take herself. If I add a video widget from musepen on the same page, then to that of Muse-themes is load.

  When I add my mp4 and my webm files, I get always an error message that the video can not be charged due to network issue or because the format is not supported, or it shows loading but never play in preview. I tried all browsers with the same result.

  After hours of trying, I managed to somehow get the widget from mnusepen playing on all the browsers on your desktop (Mac). However, the video does not play on iPad (Safari or Chrome). Is just a blank page. Ditto for Chrome on Android phone.

  Support of the muse tells me that they offer no support for these widgets, and they have no solution to the problem. I don't know what is happening and how to fix this problem. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

  After looking at the link provided by you, that I have observed that your video is set to auto-play and if you check out the links below then you would realize that android and iOS devices have some limitation with auto-lecture videos.

  I advise you to avoid using the AutoPlay option in the phone and table of layouts for your site.

  Let me know if you still face videos question of loading after removing the AutoPlay option.

• Any recommendations for video widgets?

  Hey everybody,

  I'm looking for a good video widget worth buying (if necessary).

  Specifics:

  -No border around the video content (controls can be an exception, if they scale with video content)

  
  

  -If the player himself is in line with the width of the page, we must also be sensitive to the height (the dashboard widget Muse/YouTube doesn't have this capability, it leaves huge black bars when scaling down)

  
  

  YouTube - host is OK, as Local host

  -Preferably an option to add .ogg and .webm versions

  I feel like I spent a lot of time to research already with no obvious solution, and there is probably someone else who has figured this out.

  use the embedded video from vimeo, youtube, etc. in a rectangle defined on "stretch to the width of the browser", seems to be rid of areas changing black top/bottom of the video window but is sensitive.

• Slideshow reactive width & height. HOW?

  Your 'Exhibition-phen' model, as expected, works perfectly. My problem is that there is only one gallery. I would need to have four galleries separated (for photos of Group of different subjects). I was unable to have the other slide shows (next to your full screen) to behave accordingly (reactive width and height). Any suggestion?

  The width and height sensitive options are only enabled for a composition in Muse slideshow widget.

  I suggest to use a widget of composition to create your slide show.

• YouTube video widget resizing in pre-release Muse CC.

  In a "fluid" layout, I have the boxes of video value 'resize horizontally"(also well vertically as horizontally is grayed out) and resized the boxes vertically manually, but it does not the manual resizes. What I am doing wrong? Is this something that is not worked yet?

  With external drive, you should look into the html code if used for the length and the width of the installation. If its video widget Muse, please share the url of the page to study.

• Video widget not supported - Captivate 9

  I have a project with a bunch of videos. For maximum compatibility with users of bandwidth, I used the YouTube video widget for the vids are hosted by another person.

  They worked very well. Except when I closed the project and came back: every single video widget was listed as not supported in the HTML5 Tracker.

  I had to delete and re-create the best to each of these video widgets. Not a happy user.

  Someone at - it happen to them, and have the best solution? Adobe, are you listening? It is a BAD bug.

  Your cited version of Captivate 9 is currently at least two updates behind.  I suggest you be updated 9.0.2 as soon as possible and make sure that all your Interactions training are updated at the same time, otherwise you could be led by more pain.

  There have been recent discussions on this forum about video suddenly stop working in Interactions of training thanks to YouTube and Vimeo finally disable support for the API Flash video (something they have given warning about over 18 months).  These threads suggested other video delivery methods.

• Problem with MusePen HTML5 Video - Widget

  Some people have a problem, that they cannot see the background video of HTML5-Widget, which I use - some, too, can see.

  I placed each videoformat inside (*.ogg, *.mp4, *.webm) and also placed an image of the poster to the loading screen.

  The video is on auto run.

  You know the problem and why is he here?

  I really like using the MusePen Widget, because it's the only one, that I can fix it in position and things - also I can make invisible for mobile breakpoints, which does not work with the other HTML5 video-Widgets.

  Have you tried to contact the developer of the widget directly for support? Not all widget developers watch these forums, so unless you're extremely lucky and find someone who had the same issue here it can be faster response by contacting the developer directly.

• Making Photoshop buttons work reactive width and height in Adobe Muse?

  I wanted to see if anyone knows a work-around to operate the reactive width & height in Adobe Muse the Photoshop layer buttons? The option is grayed out on it gives me only the possibility for width sensitive.

  I'm looking for a work around if possible.

  Unfortunately, the option of width and height sensitive is disabled for a touch of photoshop with layers.

  Although if you directly place one. PSD, that option will be activated.

  The best I suggest you to post that ideas for features in Adobe Muse.

• Background on the iPhone video widget

  I have problems trying to get the background video widget to work on an iPhone. Play the video on everything else.

  The widget I use is full screen video V 2, but this problem working with other background video widgets too (I tried to muse-themes).

  Using background video is actually is not supposed to work on mobile devices (at least not on iOS), because audio and video are not allowed to auto-play, which is necessary for the background video to start playing automatically. These devices who do not play the video and they may be returned it to a video player, jumping in front of all the rest. So it's a bad, or even impossible design idea, I guess...

• 15.1 muse freezes when using ultimate video Widget.

  I downloaded the ultimate video Widget and when I try to 'add a file', Muse freezes and the only way to unlock is to force a shutdown.  Tried to reinstall the Muse, but nothing helped.  Anyone has any ideas or you know a video widget that works.

  Update.  It is a problem of Windows 10 and it works on Windows 7.  It seems that the ultimate video Widget is not compatible with Windows 10.

  I just wanted to know how I can get a video header full width in Muse.

  Somehow that you consider appropriate, but quite frankly beyond a few basic animated GIF people will hate because of the size of the file and the potential problems on mobile devices. It is not the best of ideas.

• Problems with video widget in Muse

  Hi all

  I'm wandering if someone can help me!

  I have been using Muse to design my first website, for my part and was lucky to fall on this 'background video Widget"created by HelloNoam. I tried to implement on my single page site. A single page website of scrolling is obviously not a drawing that you would normally use the widget background for, however, in principle, it works well by putting the widget on a layer below all other Web site content. I have, however, two problems with the site.

  It is a prototype of the Web site without the video widget and as you can see there is a grey white space on the third "page where the video will appear:

  The first problem is that when the widget is placed on the page, for some reason any that it will create an additional section at the bottom of the page about the size of a footer (although there is no current footer). There is no explanation for what I can see, and this happens only when the widget is used. As far as I know, this happens in all types of browser.

  The second problem seems to be isolated to when using Safari. When the widget is used, the first 'page' loads but then "pages" later (other than the video page) are white and are displaced. Again I am lost as to why this would be and why it would occur only in Safari and only when the widget is used.

  I talked to Abhishek on the Adobe Live Chat and he advised me to create a new thread here describing the problem. I hope that someone will be able to help/identify the problem because I'm lost as to what is wrong and have little or no experience coding (thus why I use Muse)! It is the only big problem I'm facing and for being a filmmaker, and I want to implement a video design beautiful.

  Muse is not video well at all.  Muse is very good at putting up a site of very fast and professional quality with items correctly created, but without video.  Do not use the SWF of Muse recommended files as half of your audience can see your stuff. This is because the HTML 5 is the only way to make it universally visible devices by all static and mobile and more than half of the population now discovers the internet through a mobile device. Learn dreamweaver or other to do it correctly. To bad that Muse could be great if Adobe all down here bits and added the video correctly. Even through code Muse does not well at all. I guess it must be purposely because no company in their right mind would destroy their own potential software without a valid reason.

  I have a poblem with the full background video and widget video background width. Once I have a preview they do not appear. I can insert them into the canvas. I followed the tutorial, but nothing to help at the moment. I had several works already made in th epast I managed and they worked but now even these jobs they do not show that it has been done. • How can I view the video resolution (height/width of the frame) information in bridge?

  I spent hours trying to figure out how to use the bridge instead of explore. Windows Explorer displays the height and width of my gopro (mp4) videos. But I can not find this information in Bridge.

  Can someone show me how to get the bridge to display the width and height of the image?

  You can see the dimension in the metadata in the file properties window. By default, it does not show empty fields. My Phantom DJI 4 does not add this info in the metadata. But in Lightroom, I can see video pixel dimensions. So I don't know if LR will receive the news of metadata or the actual file. In default gateway, the preferences have turn empty fields off the coast. go to pref/metadata to verify this. I would say it is a bug that should be reported as if watching a video shooting with my Canon %d) mark2 in LR pixel camera and dimension model appears. In bridge all these features work correctly with still photos, but when I choose a video no camera or serial number info or the dimension in pixels appears in the metadata.
