  ·         Exactly when you receive this error message?

  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  ·         Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?

  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  Method 1: You can try to reduce the resolution of the screen (lower), then check if the message still appears.

  Check also if the refresh rate of the monitor is set correctly and check the manual of the monitor for assistance.

  My phone was used to take some videos of my horse jumping during a show. 3 videos read perfectly but the main I wanted says it is 0:00 in length and shows as just a white tile in the camera roll and when you click on play the phone tells me it is a unsupported video format and that the film cannot be read because the video format is not supported.   I went in safe mode to move around 3 000 files, photos and videos of user account 1 and account 2 to 2 office in a folder called 'FILES2KEEP '. When I rebooted my computer to check on the photos, I could not see most of the miniatures, and even with some still visible, when I tried to open windows photo gallery said, "Photo Gallery can't open this photo or video. This file format is not supported, or you do not have the latest updates to the photo gallery. "For the videos, I received the error message 2048 after them playing with QuickTime player. These files were not deleted somehow, just moved from one region to another in safe mode. The sizes of these photos and videos are normal and their respective sizes. I decided to place these files in normal mode and then restarted my computer, however, nothing has worked. I sill have the folder "FILES2KEEP" on desktop 2, but without the files user account. This could be the cause this and what are the several ways to address this issue?

  (Note: I'm running on Windows Vista Edition complete with Service Pack 2)

  Safe mode was probably not the cause, but the files are permanently damaged and need to be restored from your most recent backup.  The files may have been damaged during the move, but which is unlikely because move files only changes their display location, the tracks on the disc do not actually move.

As I understand it, you can't play videos on your 5 new iPhone that you had on your old iPhone 4S since the transfer of your personal data to your new phone. I have some suggestions to solve this problem and get those videos works again!

  1. first of all, please, import videos from your iPhone 5 to a computer and try to play on the computer. After importation, do not delete or remove it from your iPhone, just to be sure. I also recommend making a backup at this stage, as well.
