Videos - someone help pls video4fuze error?

Got my rocket a few weeks back off Woot.  Thing has not come with a CD/DVD/Manual, but so far that has not been a problem.  I want to load videos on the "rocket" and got a 16 GB card hold some movies.  Enter problems: I researched continuously and finally discovered SMC and that it is impossible to download on the internet and in general faced with problems.  I downloaded video4fuze 0.4.1 and get these error messages when you try to convert a 5 MB video:

I get "AVI - Mux GUI has stopped working", then "year error has occurred: [Errno 2] no such file or directory: «c:\\users\\rob\\appdata\\local\\temp\\final.avi»»

Any help (and please be specific) is appreciated!  One of the reasons why I went with the "rocket" is for drag and drop music adding without proprietary software requirements... However this video thing is driving me nuts!

Using Windows Vista? There is a known problem with AVI - Mux GUI (part of video4fuze) on Vista: "AVI - Mux GUI 1.17.8 only works with compatibility mode turned on" (from the website). And it was mentioned in the appropriate thread.

Yes - I am running Vista, I went on the link; He wrote 1000 x my computer knowledge.  I guess I really need TO read the 16 page for Fuze video because there is no way to provide answers that are simple and straight forward.

I read a lot of threads on this forum, and people/moderators are quite the Communists with "appropriate thread" or "already published".  I guess it's a great way to boost the ego.  I think I'll do in my profession when I get home and see how it goes... "Yes - someone broke into your House and they are in your child's room?  Ideally, I already wrote a book about it; I would like to take a few moments to read my thesis on the owners and self-defence in modern society that I got an A on.  You should read and then we will talk about your mistakes - but in order to speed since you're children are in danger; I will read you the first 75 pages; then we will talk about a concept of response. "  Then I will read the 16 pages of responses to the video for fuze - Yes - that would make my ego feel much larger...
