  I suggest you please uninstall the drivers for the Tablet once and then reinstall the drivers.

  I need to downgrade, because Adobe in its infinite wisdom, decided to ditch Adobe Exchange, then drop in 2015 of CC.   CC for flash doesn't support AS2, so perhaps that is the reason.  CS6 (or earlier version) supports AS2.
