It doesn't matter which browser I use I either get the message Web page is not available or the page has been reset. So far, no one knows how to solve this problem.   Im trying to remove all Web site data with the following procedure:

  Safari-> Preferences-> privacy-> Remove All Data Web site...

  His does not work. Before clicking on the button I have 108 Web sites stored cookies or other data, I click the button, and nothing happens... I'm still 108 cookies.

  If I understand your message that nothing happens when you try to remove the Safari Web site data. I know how it is important for you to be able to remove the Safari Web site data. I recommend that you restart your Mac into safe mode and see if you can remove the data from the Web site in secure mode.

  Here are the steps to restart your Mac in safe mode:

  Safe mode (sometimes called secure boot) is a way to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks and prevents certain software from loading automatically or opening.

  From your Mac in safe mode does the following:

  * Check your startup disk and attempts to fix problems if necessary directory
  * Loads only required kernel extensions
  * Prevents the elements start and the login items open automatically
  * Disables installed user fonts
  * Delete font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache
  * Together, these changes can help resolve or isolate issues related to your startup disk.

  Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

  1. start or restart your Mac.
  2. as soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
  3. release the SHIFT key when you see the Apple logo appears on the screen.

  After you delete data from the Web site in safe mode restart your Mac and allow it to start up as usual. Then test the issue again.

  All other websites work well. problem only in trying to gain access to www.microsoft.com

  For the past 2 years my laptop works fine with the same hardware configuration. It stops working suddenly MS websites. I did not have all the hardware changes.

  I had to replace my HARD drive in my computer. I installed my Windows XP Home SP2 disc. After installation, I used my SP3 upgrade drive and my drive to upgrade to IE8. After you install all my drivers, I tried to get Windows dates and discovered that I could not access the Microsoft web sites. I get Internet Explorer cannot display this page. I tried to find out why this is happening and how to correct the situation, but have not found an answer that works yet. Can someone give me an answer to this question.

  I have another (used) computer that I formatted the HDD installed and on Windows 7 and have had no problems to access the Microsoft web sites on. It uses the same modem cable like the other computer so I guess that everything is ok with my Internet connection. This problem seems to be only with Windows XP Home SP 3.

  August 22, 2011 I just do a fresh install of Windows XP Professional formatting the hard drive. I then applied SP3 for an OEM CD, I bought from Microsoft several years (part number X 14-60166-02). Even if it is now at the level of the SP3, the automatic updates from the Microsoft web site will not work. If I bought the latest version of the SP3 CD-ROM, which will be the same as what I have now, or it will integrate all of the fixes that have taken place in recent years?   Have you tried to use the disk of Windows XP, or Windows Update running default drivers to search for best driver for your sound card?

  Also, I found only 1 driver on your system gateway Web site is located here.

  I use a HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One - C311a (PMN: CQ877A, Firmware: VEP1CN1137CR).

  While trying to set up the integrated Web site security administrator password, I used a generated password of 20 characters.

  After that, I was unable to connect to printer with the same password administrator settings. I also tried with the same password remove some characters at the end, one by one, just in case the internal password printer storage area has truncated less than 20 characters.

  I tried a partial reset, semi Full Reset, OOBE Reset, full Reset (through what appears to be a blue start menu) and clear derivatives. None of these methods erased the administrator password.

  Is there a specific command or method that would allow me to access administrative back?

  The full semi's to zero that would reset the password in your screenshot that you provided.
