virus tap snake 9.0.3

My Macbook pro says that he is infected by the virus of 3, tapsnake; crondns; dubfishicv. Is it safe to download repair OS X 10.11

El captain

There is no 'virus '. It's a scam of the Web that only affects the browser, and only temporarily. There are several ways to recover.

1. If you use Safari 9.1 or later version, close the window or tab. Then go to step 6.

2. If you are using an older version of Safari, the best thing to do is to force quit the browser. He raises now the SHIFT key and clicking on its icon in the Dock, the LaunchPad or the Applications folder.

You will lose the status of other open tabs and windows. Step 3, step 4 or step 5 you can keep this status information. If these steps do not work, go back to step 2.

3. If there is a check box in the marked pop-up

Don't show alerts more from this web page

Check it, and then close the pop-up.

4. press the key combination command-W to close the tab or window. A huge box will pop up. Press the return key and the box and the page can close. If it doesn't, press and hold the command-W. You can hear repeat alert sounds. Now the keys, click on the OK button in the pop-up window. A different popup may appear, which you can cancel in as usual.

5. from the Safari menu bar, select

▹ Safari preferences... ▹ Security

and uncheck the box enable JavaScript only.

6. after the closure of the malicious page, select in the menu bar

▹ Safari preferences... ▹ Confidentiality ▹ Remove All site data

to get rid of all the cookies or other data left by the server. Open the Downloads folder and remove any that you don't recognize.

Accidentally, I clicked on a link while browsing on google images and it took me to this site which would allow me to get out of the page. When I tried to type in another link in the search at the top of the page bar, it generated just a draft e-mail to my personal e-mail with the subject being ' Email us for Apple Technical Support "with a phone number (which is not the number of care real apple). I restarted my phone and when I turned it back on and connected to the safari, he appeared like normal tabs except that when I tried to leave the virus tab, it took me another project of email saying the same thing as before. My screen is also frozen when I'm on safari and I can't do anything on safari. When I come to have safari open app and I'm not to touch anything, the project to send STILL appears! Help, please!

  • Internet Internet, locked virus. Help please

Hello, I have been using the internet and I clicked on the 'private' button, went to a site and came with what appears to be a virus, because I can not close the window, cannot X out of the screen, and I can't go back to "regular" internet The window is subject to a phone number to call and claims that it is the apple support. For the heck of it, I called. When I called, I was almost like a 3rd person in one conversation with another woman with the same question. I just stayed quiet and listened and 'support' got serial number off her phone and said that they would add anti-virus software for it. Then the support requested when she bought an ipad and it was past warranty and she would have to pay $34.95 for the Kaspersky Anti-virus application.

This is what the screen looks like and I literally can't do anything else that click home to get out of the internet.

What is c? How should I do?

It's a scam. You were browsing in a not-so-reputation site.

In this exact form, press 'Private' to activate the private off tension, by scanning left to close the page, tap done, click on the home button, double-click the Home button, drag up on Safari to close. Wait a few seconds and you should be ready to restart Safari.
