  Hello smart edge people!

  I have a card that I have developed on the edge.

  When read (see the attached jpeg: map1) the user can hover on the roads has highlighted to reveal the distances and travel times between points etc. It all works very well.

  The user can also use the magnifying glass symbol to expand this part of the map. A close-up version of the map (a new symbol) appears when clicking on the magnifying glass symbol. This also works very well. See the attached jpeg: Map 3.

  My problem!

  I have the card as a symbol that top layer (so it appears above the roads, etc.). But because he's on top, even when this insert card is not visible (ie. maginify symbol only has not been clicked) the PLOT of this card means that the interactive layers beneath (ie. roads) is not accessible because the framework is in the way that top layer.   It is certainly possible to fix your question - it's just kind of hard to debug virtually.

  If you are a bit of code savy, and if you control playback of the zoom map via code, you can use the jQuery hide / display the accessories, which are equivalent to display power, I think. You can simply call each of them when the time comes.

  If you want to publish your files sources (or PM em to me), I take a look as well.

  Help pls, have an Oracle XE and APEX 4.2.1 when trying to display 1 data sell shema form DB (xmltype) (xml document example - 1116 symbols to sell table DB-) in the report of the APEX (SQL query type), in application Apex data report displayed not fully, as 500 symbols off 1116.

  Not really. I don't know what is meant by "symbols" in an XML context. It would be more useful to see an explanation using standard SQL and XML terms such as rows/columns and documents, elements, tags, attributes. Illustrating the problem with an example on apex.oracle.com, it is usually the most effective way to get help. The report query view can also be useful.

  Note that the maximum size of an APEX report line (including all HTML) is also 32 K. This means that the size of these "symbols" (whatever they are) must be less than 29 bytes each for each of them to fit in a cell in a row, which can call this 'design' in question.

• Missing fonts, how to find to replace?

  I use Adobe Illustrator CS6, CS5 upgrade on a Win7 machine. I have an old Type 1 hangover (Interstate) where I am replaced with a custom face of open Type of police Office (InterstateRL). I removed the old fonts from my system, in order to eradicate all instances and replace it with open each Illustrator file used by week. When I open the file, I get the expected message "InterstateTab-Regular: fonts not found on the system; missing font has been substituted. "Great, just what I expected! But when I find the replace it with the new police, I can't find it in the file. I did the following:

  • Look in the Normal paragraph Style (or any paragraph style). -missing font, do not use
  • Look in the Normal Character Style (or any style) - lack of fonts do not use
  • Document setup > highlight substituted fonts - none appear
  • Go to finding fonts to find missing fonts - but apparently not finding fonts
  • Go to object > path > cleaning and check empty text paths, and then click ok. Close, and then reopen the document. -does, no change
  • Check that there are no hidden layer - there is no hidden layers or sublayers
  • Check if all the colorless formatted text objects that use the missing font - none
  • Check patterns and symbols, if there is no text inside those. Find police search only what is in the document. -Choose all symbols and deleted (it does not include the text), no change.

  Other ideas for what I could try?

  SOLUTION! This appears to related to the fact that the object in the file was a GRAPH. Increments appeared always empty in the final document, and the corresponding cells in the datasheet were empty. To resolve this problem, I had to enter text in each empty cell in the first column of the datasheet to make it visible under a label the x-axis in the chart. Since it does not matter what was the text, I just used a symbol period in each empty cell. I could select group the x-axis label text at the bottom of the chart, and then apply the character Style in the favorite police and ERASE the substitution (if it was) to the character Style.

  

  

  I then closed and then reopened, and missing fonts message did not appear. I removed the open periods in the map data, saved again, and the message of missing fonts appears to be gone for good.

  It appears that regardless of the police has been assigned to the category of chart label text was always affected, even if the police were not visible in one of the panels or through the find fonts.

  NOTE: The unwanted InterstateTab-Regular police Type1 is NEVER APPEARED anywhere where I could see in Illustrator. However, it was of course incorporated in the chart element itself at the time I created the chart.   In regards to Siri, go to 'System Preferences' then click on 'Siri' before seeing if "Siri see the menu bar" is checked. This must be checked if you want the symbol of Siri to appear in the menu bar.

• Symbol of the visible region set - I can't 'get' it

  I use edge animate for a short period, but still can not find how to set the 'visible' area of a symbol. Here's what I'm trying to do - create a box on the stage that displays images and text which can be the object of a scroll with a scroll bar.

  I create elements on the stage and convert to symbol. It seems that I should be able now edit this symbol and reduce the amount of 'height' to cause scrollbars to appear. But this has no effect on the symbol. I placed the symbol on the stage and all of that the display 'scroll' or 'auto' and it doesn't care the new height adjustment.  What Miss me?

  Opacity of the parent within the symbol (overlay01) is set to 0. Therefore, they are not visible.

  Opacity is changed in Manager when you click 1. So visible on the preview.

  I created a horizontal navigation bar that includes an animation when you hover over the different links.  This animation is a bubble that appears behind the navigation bar which has a brief description of the link.  I composed the bar of navigation as a symbol and the bubbles as a distinct symbol, step to the Nav_Bubbles takes the horizontal space bubbles taking place throughout the navigation bar.  When you click on a link in the Nav_Bar, not only the Nav_Bubble anime since benchmark apprpiate (because the mouse is clearly positioned on the link), but the main stage and then animates the build up of the content for that link.  This main content hides behind the Nav_Bubbles (so you can continue to see small bubbles must you hover nav links)

  The problem with that is:

  The content of the main scrolling aura or clickble scene content according to the clicked link, however all content which is located below the scene Nav_Bubbles is unclickable.

  

  To keep the bubbles of functioning and correctly positioned, I seem to have keep the bar and bubbles in separate symbols.  So I can't for the life of me see how I can the keyframe of the visibility of the Nav_Bubbles to only when a bubble is displayed.  Is there an alternative to the visibility option to allow the Page_Content be clickable through the scenic space bubbles (attached image dotted box)?

  For those interested by what should be here, a simple line of code:

  The show and the skin were placed either side of the bubbles that drove inside the symbol of Nav_Bubbles.  We tried this as you can see above in the timeline panel, but because the animations of hover needed to happen at any time, not only the time that we put in the calendar of the rocker of the screen, we needed to achieve this programmatically.
