Vista fails to boot after SP1 update. Lack file ntoskrnl.exe

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and has just installed SP1 upgrade.  The PC now not restart, even in safe mode.  As soon as he tries to load Vista, an error message occurs: ntoskrnl.exe missing or damaged.  I tried to boot from the resettlement drive provided by Dell, but the same error occurs.

I ran dell seed assessment tool and the material is very good.

What should I do to fix this file?

Thanks in advance.

Restore point:

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
A message appeared on the screen WARNING french that he had been infected by a virus - it does not look official and I am not sure that he clicked on the option to download solution - however the phone still worked. I had a Mcafee 3 user license and wanted to install it so I uninstalled bullguard and installed Mcafee process windows crashed and failed to WINDOWS START SCREEN appeared and I was unable to boot windown in any mode. I gave the phone to a knowledgeable friend who said it was a virus, but did not know that one - he said, it has been deleted, all hardware tests had been run and it was perfect. It has resized the partition of disk doing a great score including a remains a very small. He reloaded windows with avast antivirus and gave the laptop back to work. I wanted to use the Mcafee I had paid for, so I uninstalled avast and installed Mcafee. Everything went well and the laptop worked - however the mcafee warning sign came up saying scan in real time has been disabled - he turned back, but a few minutes it turned off again. I have contacted Mcafee used virtual tech then chatted in their eng who suspected a virus, a virus scanner from mcafee, rather than the laptop - it was very good. While the computer restarts windows laptop crashed and the WINDOWS FAILED to START SCREEN has appeared. I gave it back to my friend who reloaded windows and avast and widely used for a week. When we got it back avast had been removed and there was Windows Defender - didn't light alarm does not. We loaded on Mcafee and had plenty of updates (and hours) then tried windows live messenger telling to SP1 and SP2 are necessary. They were charged after an eternity using automatic updates of windows. After everything has been loaded on a final restart gave place WINDOWS failed to START screen and does not start in any mode. I thought it might be linked to the abduction of an antivirus and the installation of another, so I put in the original Windows restore disc in and formatted the large partition, then reloaded windows and all its drivers then went on updates auto and auto updates for 24 hours until what he said to date. Installed mcafee - no problem, then tried windows live essentials that required sp1 and SP2 - used auto updates to download SP1. When this is completed there were two messages from Mcafee saying restart the pc and the other problem Center and soln windows saying an upate problem was found to go online to find the solution, I checked windows update history and SP1 and all other updates were installed successfully, so I rebooted the laptop - at which point it crashed and WINDOWS has no PU START APPEARED to-it wont start in any mode. Suggestions as to the cause and or how to make the process of restoration in less time - much appreciated. We have a same laptop bought at the same time, running the same original software and Mcafee - never a single problem. Thank you very much
    Usually, this means that Windows could not load the packages of metadata for some devices on your computer. If you do not already have it, you can run chkdsk/r (there is a space between thek and /) to verify the integrity of your hard drive. Follow the steps below:
    1. reboot your computer
    2. immediately press theF8 key until you reach the Advanced Boot Options menu
    3. Select Safe Mode with command prompt.
    4. at the command prompt, typechkdsk/r
  • M1212nf fails to boot after firmware update
    The full printer name is LaserJet M1212nf MFP.
    I was installing the complete package driver, not the minimal driver file, on a new system of Windows8 is the only wireless. The printer itself has a wired connection to the switch.  He was already working for a Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Linux systems.
    During installation, it attempted to load the firmware - I don't know if it has been completed or not.  Now, the printer does not really work.
    Since then, even after several cycles of power > 30 seconds, the printer continues to repeat the message "initialization".... ' without ever coming to the ready state.
    I tried to reload firmware, this time by the Windows 7 laptop via a usb cable, but it does not appear to be able to connect.
    This printer is watered constantly, or is it possible to reload the firmware in new since I assume that the currently loaded or partially loaded firmware is the problem.
    Thank you.
  • Satellite R630 - problems of Driver on Win 7 64 bit after SP1 update
    That need your help here guys.
    My R - 630 Satellite is less than a year, under a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit. For awhile, I've known BSOD, which I traced him through the observer of events here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd337789 (WS.10) .aspx
    This has not led me far enough.
    Finally, I have found through other forums that the SP1 update would solve some of the annoying problems BSOD and I started the download and upgrade. However, when the computer reboots, while my laptop seems to have been healed (so far) of the BSOD, I have problems with drivers for:
    -Sound card
    -USB controllers
    -DVD player
    -Webcam
    -Bus enumerators
    I downloaded the indicated Win 7-64 bit drivers in each case. I tried to install the first. Nothing happened. I uninstalled the existing and installed new drivers. Nothing happened again.
    I thought I should do things in the right order.
    So I tried to install
    (1) the Chip Set Utility (drivers?) first, then
    (2) the USB drivers
    (3) sound card drivers etc.
    Nothing happens not always.
    I'm running out of ideas here.
    PS while other drivers run very well when I extracted the .zip format, the sound card driver, refused to run, even if the box "run command" has been checked when executing the .msi file.
    I've pulled into a folder and ran it manually.
    Still did not help.
    Hello
    What happens if you set the Windows operating system to the point before the SP1 has been installed?
    That you get the BSOD?
    I would recommend this doing.
    Use the Windows option that allows you to activate the operating system at the point of time at the beginning.
    Then, test the functionality of the OS.
    If everything works correctly, update the Win 7 64 bit with SP1.
    You must use the automatic update of Windows 7.
    I just updated the BIOS on my notebook G71... I downloaded the update from the HP site and it has been updated V20 to V23.
    After the update, the system became an automatic restart and now it does not move before the initial startup screen that shows HP and "ESC to return to the Start Menu" logo at the bottom.   • lack file g7i0ol_kaz.exe
    Recently, I ran a cleaning Spybot Search & Destroy, and the next time the system starts, I received a message that the file g7i0ol_kaz.exe is missing. The name in the title area in blue at the top of the message window is RunDLL.
    I created a small file in the location of the missing file, but the message has changed from missing to invalid. He said that it was not valid for a Win32 program.
    If I close the message window and continue, the system feels no particular effect. Everything seems to work normally without the file, but I'd like to get rid of the pop-up window at startup time.
    My search for a downloadable file from Microsoft provided no help. The file is not found. I found some information in a Forum search, but it was German, so I couldn't read. I made a translation of some passages, but it was no problem explanation that the solution was so no help for me.
    Anyone know how I can recharge the missing file so that the program that is looking for what he can run? Or the program that has need of the missing file can be identified and deleted if it is not necessary?
    You have a Vista installation disc, or you use a recovery disk?
    I suggest you check in safe mode.
    Start your computer in safe mode
    Place the computer in a clean boot state, then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
