  How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  It could be the inverter Board or the backlight itself on the way to the outside. Whatever it is, it is definitely a hardware problem and it will take a good repairman to fix.
