  Although not my area of expertise (and you're welcome to ignore it and just after to the other forum), I did do research in any case and believe that the problem involves the corruption on your hard drive (although I could certainly be wrong - it is more likely to be the case if the full error message includes "drive cannot find sector requested" but you don't get the full error message, so I don't know).   Go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
