When we turn on our laptop on Vista we get a message "the service user profile Service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. "When you click on 'OK', we are given a screen with the user profile on the computer. It is never an option to log on with a different profile or as a guest. It is never an option to start in safe mode. It is therefore impossible to check records or attempt any other difficulty. The computer is stuck in a circle without end.

Can someone please help soon, I have to finish a project that I can't do without my files. I tried several times to log in to my user account, but it keeps showing an error message. I tried to restart my computer, the file sharing with another person on this computer to try to access my files, but nothing seemed to work. It just happened all of a sudden, yesterday I was on the computer and turn off the computer for the first time in a while. Before as I would just close the laptop, so I would not waste time log. Recent update - mess up user profile/login
When I get to the Vista login screen, then connect, everything is there and will not load the profile/desktop. If I go to safe mode and go back to a previous restore point before this update, it works very well. I'm not in the machine now, I'll provide more specific model and updated information... anyone else having this problem. Phillip

Vista said the «failed to load the user profile» user login
I looked on the site to see if others have had this problem and that they have. To resolve this problem said to press F8 at boot and choose Safe mode. I tried this and once I press f8 all that happens is kette - drive 0 see a failure.
