VMA incorrect version number 4.0

I downloaded vMA 4.0 and deployed on my ESXi server. Section of version time filename and product in vSphere client claim there build 161993.

Of course, I got the same throughout by deploying vMA directly from the vmware.com website.

So, I have the following questions:

1. which build is really?

2. is there a difference between generations? If so, which can affect this difference?

Research in-house, it seems that the official build # should be 161992. I'm not even a 161993, what I suspect, is that it could be a typo because the information displayed in the vSphere Client is through the OVF properties. There has been several vMA including 4.1 and 5.0 updates that included many fixes/improvements. They all support vSphere 4.0 environment and I highly recommend move you to the newer version.
