  Last night we rebuilt our lab environment and installed ESX 4.1.   Also, we have downloaded VMware Converter-all-4.3.0.   We have built a couple of VM and wanted to create a few files from the OVA as backup.  However, it seems that this version of the converter does not allow convering a virtual machine to the OVA file.  Am I missing something?
