  I guess it is asking you to CREATE an access code. You can disable it later.

  I am able to capture my iphone 5 s screen successfully using capture quicktime video, but I can't capture an Ipad 3 generation, model A1416.  This model is not compatible with Quicktime video capture software?  If it's compatible, can someone give me clues as to why it might not work?   We end users like you, so we have no special knowledge of what Apple will or will not do. Like you, I know that they have published updates of security for older OSX versions several steps back, but we will have to wait and see. I'm in the same boat. I have an iPad 2 which works very well with iOS9 but I don't use it enough to justify the upgrade to a newer model that runs iOS 10.

  People I called on Facetime on my iPad (4th gen) told me that I seem to be slow when I call them.  This happened after I upgraded my iOS to 9.1 (B 13, 143), and there is no more updates available for my iPad so I can't fix this "bug".

  I am convinced that it is a "bug" that I see the person I call clearly and smoothly, even if they can't see me gently.  I then unplug my call and then call the person using once again to start Facetime on my iPhone 5 (with the same version of iOS - 9.1 (B 13, 143)) using exactly the same wifi connection in the same place.  The person I call then confirms that he or she can see me clearly and smoothly.

  It is a problem, I need to resolve ASAP because I use Facetime for my meetings and it can be difficult to use my iPhone for long periods of time.

  I tested this question several times over several weeks - the problem remains still and I need this problem.  I can not connect a call without having to pay for an incident - and I think that it's a software problem and not a problem for the end user.

  Someone of another encounter the same problem and if someone has solved this problem?  Thank you.

  Update iOS 9.2 seems to have solved this problem, even if nothing in the report of the correction of a bug that appear to be associated with FaceTime.

  I have the same problem after update 9.3 OS on my Ipad 2... Crashing in IBooks. PDF and missing books. I have access to my books for about a minute before it crashed.

  It still occurs with the 9.3.1 update.

  I don't really know where to go then except put it there the 9.3.1 upgrade did not fix my problem.

  Thinking that I might have to consider for an Apple Tech which is an expense I really don't think I should have to bear, because I did not cause the problem that everything worked fine with my iBook before upgrading the OS 9.3.

  Now, I'm not sure what model you are using, but if it is a model of iPad 2 GSM, you can put in recovery mode and update your iPad. You will see two options and make sure you choose the upgrade option. Once this is done, you shouldn't have a problem. If you do, then you will need to contact the Apple Support for assistance.

  No, it isn't. The iPad Mini will support iOS 9.2.1 and if you try to update, then you can update to the latest iOS only.

• How can I get my music that is in the cloud on my 3rd gen iPod?

  When I up date/rating my iTunes that it put all my music in the cloud that I thought was a great idea since my laptop hard drive was full and I desperately need the space.   You're off to a great start with the troubleshooting, you have already done, and restore your phone might have been a final step before we get to this point I would recommend go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management. Find apps that you are causing problems and press them, and then click Remove app. So go ahead and sign out of the App Store completely and then sign back in after a reboot.

  You can log out by going to settings > iTunes and App Store. Type on your Apple ID and select "logout". Then just restart and reconnect. Then go back into the App Store and download the apps again.
