  I'm working on a tutorial for Oracle Service Bus (OSB 10 g 3).
  I created the service proxy and the Sales Department, using the Oracle Service Bus console.
  The details are the following:
  Proxy service: LoanGateway
  Service1 business: a value of 4.9 or less causes the message to be routed to ManagerLoanReview business.
  Business service2: a value equal to or greater than 5.0 causes the message to be routed to NormalLoan business.
  When I send the request message, so that it gets routed to the proxy service to one of the business service it gives following error.

  Tried them all: '1' address, but not able to connect via HTTP to the server: 'localhost', port: "7021 ' - indicates that BS is trying to connect to port 7021 on the local host;
  Are you able to telnet localhost 7021 machine running the BSO?
  Please check the file config.xml for the 7021 server port

  We have recently updated our virtual Center Server to version 4 and now when I try to download and install from the page manager plugin vmware update manager plugin is back with "the remote server returned an error: (404) not found"

• Query about the ADF task flows call using URL

  We have a scenario where we want to implement a Home Application and product Application deployed as separate web applications.

  Now the House must have the ability to call the Application of product using call URL delimited task flow.

  My query is whether the return of a stubborn workflow will work in this scenario, because it works with the delimited call task normal flow.

• To access the information of VMware Service Manager (VSM) using PowerCLI

  If the details on virtual machines are stored in VSM I need to add to a PowerCLI report, is a reference to how to get information on a VM of MSM and add it to a report that is created from vCenter Server information?

  However, the owner of the network for this virtual machine is stored in a field of VSM.  How would I change my report to add the owner of the network of MSM?

• the inventory of VMware service does not start, the wrong function, bad sql server port

  I've migrated vcenter SQL database to a new server after this KB

  but now most of the vcenter services does not start cause of according to the inventory service.  I see service log of inventory which is the problem, it tries to connect to SQL Server by default, 1433 port, but my SQL server instance is listening on a different fixed port, I don't want to change.  Where can I configure the inventory service we another port of SQL Server?  According to a KB related to the above, it is possible to do

  I have a report where the data are extracted at the level of the regions
  the regions are: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H
  
  Now we have a reqmt to one of our customer to group regions and classify them by degrees. But we do not have any categories in our database. This reqmt is intended for the users of a given country only if we do not want to add the new column of quality to our database. We want to create a new dummy column for this specific report only and want to hardcode the ranks like this
  
  High grade: Regions are A, B, D
  Low level: regions areC, F, G
  Average level: regions areE, H
  
  So the reqmt is I want to add a new dummy column (only for this particular report) called Grade with three values: high, low, medium

  You can add an additional column to the request. In the expression builder, you will create a 'CASE' statement

  When BUSINESS regions ('A', ' B', ' d. ') then 'Top quality '.
  When regions ('C', 'F', 'G') and then "low Grade".
  When areas at point "E", 'H' then 'middle class '.
  END

  Regions is you logical column

  11 g, you extend TaskSupport class. So, you see excute(HashMap map) method in which you write your logic.

  You can simply get your map attr as I told you above

  But if you use IOM 10 g then you extend the class ScheduleBase where you will find the execute() method and then use getAttribute

• Problems with call connected to the customer

  Hi all, long time administrator/user of the Service Manager/Infra, for the first time poster

  Came across something the other day and was just after some help/help where possibly seek to solve.

  We are currently on version 9.1.3. When installing more than 2 years ago I created a post template specific for the call connected to the customer (call screen set/IPK). I tested this on setup and I'm 100% sure used to work, but seems somehow its has stopped working. I tested it on 3 scenarios as shown below, and it only sends the confirmation message to the client when we use the customer portal;

  • Call created directly within vSM - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Mail sent to our servicedesk - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Created via the customer portal - sends an e-mail

  Could someone point me in the right direction that maybe why this happened and how I would go about solving of this? What is the feature in the MSM that allows it to be sent through the portal?

  I need to upgrade my 5.1 to 5.5 ESXi hosts.  I'll use the VMWare Update Manager to perform the upgrade to my hosts, who are servers in a M1000 r.620 chassis.  What I need to download the .iso in VMWare ESXi ESIi specific Dell 5.5 5.5 or can I use disc VMWare 5.5?

• Customer approval email forwarding

  Did someone come up with a way to return the email sent when a customer approval task is activated? Most of our approvals is made with the approve/reject the keys in the mail, but managers have the bad habit of losing this e-mail and a particular dislike to go on the portal approval when they do. We also sometimes manually reassign approval of the customer and would like the email to go to the approver again when we do.

  I don't know what VSM version you use, but in our environment (currently 9.1.9, but it was the same thing on several earlier versions as well) the e-mail message is sent to each reallocation of CAT.

  In the example, if you act on a currently active client approval task, change the 'Customer' field (the name of this field is a bit confusing and could be perceived as applicant) value, and then click 'save' button, a message will be sent to this person that is newly assigned. If you need to return the message to the same person, you must assign the task to all someone else (maybe even yourself) and reassign the previous.

  Despite this fact I agree - the system is not really an easy way to send a message of invitation approval (such as the click of a button).
