  No versions are retro-compatible.

  Finish your current project in E13 and then upgrade.

  It did not say why. There are applications that allow you to "save under" to an earlier version. Premiere Pro is not one of them.

  There is really not much advertising retro compatibility. Most of the teams working on a project all have the same software. Even if subscribe you to the creative cloud you can always edit in Premiere Pro CS6 if this are the people you're working with the use.

  AS3 can be processed by Flash Player 8.  There is no solution possible workaround.

  In fact - you can open the project first Pro CS6 in first Pro CS5.5

  How?

  Open your project file in any text editor and change-> Version = '25' to-> Version = '24' (4th place)

  After that - you can open it.

  Make a copy of your project for backup.

  You will defintely need two versions: one 4.5 and 4.7.

  In fact, if you can compile on 4.2.1 I recommend this (instead of 4.5), especially if you compile a commercial application. The 4.2.1 code will run everything up to the 9000 "BOLD" (if you can compile on that).

We are now considering purchasing Captivate 7 and wanted to check if we could share project files between members of the team with 6 Captivate and Captivate 7 - or is it a case of a project created in Captivate 6 won't open/work in 7 Captivate and vice versa?

  Hello and welcome,

  Although you can open the CP6 CP7 projects some functionality will be lost. I checked everything, but if you use stocks advanced in CP7 then they just disappear when you open the project in CP6. There are perhaps more incompatibilities, but the good thing is that at least you can open projects, that wasn't the case for previous versions.

• Is the directory of images 4.1 backward compatible with 4.0?

  I use the same pages of HTTP server of databases running APEX 3.0, 3.2, 4.0, and soon 4.1. Usually, I have install images in separate directories and create a new alias dads.conf to point to it. This requires anyone upgrading to a new version to edit all their applications to point to the new alias. So I was wondering if the 4.1 images are a superset of the 4.0 images. 4.0 apps will still work fine if you use 4.1 library images?

  I have a MacBook Pro 15 "end of 2013, 16 GB, 1 TB SSD, 2.3 GHz i7 running OS X 10.11.4." My SSD is maxed out so I plan to buy a box 2 Berry drive Thunderbolt and secure it with a 1 TB SSD.

  I know Thunderbolt enclosure 2 still available, but lightning 3 cases are starting to hit the market. I wonder if a Thunderbolt 3 box will be compatible. Because I'll probably replace it the MacBook Pro 12-18 months and I assume - rightly or wrongly - that Apple will adopt 3 bolt of lightning on the MacBook Pro, Mac Pro and iMac during this period, I would prefer Thunderbolt 3 for scalability.

  I am aware that the cables are physically different, and 3 bolt of Lightning has adopted the USB - C standard. My question is: if I buy the cable or a suitable adapter, I'll be able to use a box Thunderbolt 3? (I know there will be no performance difference; however, it is scalability).

  I installed weblogic 10.3.6 and I try to set up a new domain, but get a message saying that the Java Virtual Machine Launcher is unable to create the JAVA virtual machine, same thing happens with the Configuration Wizard.

  Configured 12 c WL without problem, so I wonder if 11g R1 (10.3.6) is compatible with the latest version of Java, or do I need to uninstall Java 8 and install Java 7?

  Have found and read the WLS matrix certification and it seems as if Java 8 (1.8 *) is supported for WLS 10.3.6 culyrrent.

  Uninstalled Java 8 and installed Java 7 (1.7.0_67) which works fine for WLS 10.3.6 (11g) and 12.1.3 (12 c) which works very well. Only downside is that I am not currently able to use the new features of Java 8. I hope that Oracle Java 8 patch soon to ensure that it is backward compatible with 10.3.6 OR provide a fix for WLS 12 c for forms and Service reports.
