W530 problem of Installation of the Nvidia K1000M driver

I have a Thinkpad w530 and us reimage our machines with a standard image for us, so I usually have to make these drivers from scratch. On some of these with optimus, I installed the drivers from the Web site but get a standard vga adapter with an exclamation point and are unable to install. also tried the one from nvidia. Any thoughts? Is there other software that I have to install before hand to make this work or a configuration windows can I change? I am using windows 7 64 bit with 24 GB of RAM.

So, I finally had this resolved after many unsuccessful attempts. Seems that I had to use version 335. xx and the installation itself has failed, I did an update driver for the component and have already told him to use the one in the folder. This eventually settle and work properly. Now I can use my external monitors. Thanks for all the help and suggestions at all.

I don't know if it was coincidence, but just after it install drivers from nividia it just stop working again... it froze again... and now it won't let me start with an account , because it gets has frozen afe mode, only I can access my laptop...

    one thing I tried was unisitallin the drivers nvidia in SafeMode... and try to start the laptop... it worked... or at leat is not trapped, but since I made the recovery of Toshiba it won't let me start the session.

    I have really no idea what could it be... the grpahic card?

    It looks like a card driver from nvidia.com graphci causes freezing. In addition, it is not recommended to only use not pre-tested by Toshiba driver. Toshiba drivers are modified to support protection against overheating. So, use only the drivers of Toshiba driver page.

    My Windows 7 PC at home keep crashing and I keep losting my screen when I played the game on the last 6 months.  After I restart my PC, it says that there was a screen.   I had since a few Update window update driver and try the NVIDIA drivers with no will.  There were a few times he were message indicating the "resolve a problem with the NVIDIA graphics driver" on the taskbar.  When I click on the message and try to download.  It gives me the message that "your computer was not able to download the solution at this time.  Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, and then try to download again"that had happen all the time, and of course, I had access to the internet all the time!  I'm getting nowhere for solve this problem.  Can anyone help?  I want to know if there is something I need to know the video driver as usual outside the upgrade.

    PS I tried a lot of stuff, running the troubleshooter from the performance.  I had an i7 with plenty of RAM, running only a few program, hard disk error not... etc.  It seems related to the video driver. I update my window.

    I suggest you uninstall the drivers from the Device Manager and software programs and features Nvidia.

    I tried to complete the download several times for the nVidia Display Driver 9.7.5.4.

    First where installation is not complete citing «that this computer doesn't have the correct material...» ', then the Windows message came and said that "If this configuration is not completely successful click blabla" and I did.

    And then you want to install a nVidia display driver?
    LOL :D

    I think that you can not install a nVidia display driver because your laptop is equipped with an Intel chipset and graphics card.
    You will never be able to install nVidia display driver and thus make the message that you do not have the correct material.

    Intel and nVidia graphics cards graphics cards are different things, so don't mix do not!
    Some P105 was equipped with nVidia cards and others with Intel card and it seems that you have an Intel card.

  • Recommendation of the NVidia video driver version

    I'm still on NVidia GForce 266.58 version.  WHQL 270.61 versions; 275.33; 280.26 and the newer 285.62 have been published since.  The card I have is a GTX 470.  I have not all the games to play on the PC that is used for work and my vocation as a photography/video.  I have Production Premium CS 5.5 and Windows 7 ultimate.  I'm not having problems known with this video driver but wonder if I could expect a benefit of a newer version of the video driver.

    I'd be very happy with the answers as much as possible with the version of the video driver, version of Premiere Pro and your experience with the version of the NVidia video driver you are using.

    I only use the most recent versions and the problems never experienced, apart from a few problems with the early beta drivers.

  • CS6 problems of Installation of the Master Collection trial

    I have been so many problems with this test and installation of the entire suite.  First of all, the checksum does not work well and Priemere and Prelude has not installed right.  Missing language packs.  All deleted and re-uploaded everything again.  Worst question with nothing to install.  Do you have a download direct and installed again.  Had this error now!  What should I do?  I'll go crazy.  I lost track of what I've done so far, please fresh start.  I used the CS Suite cleaning, erased the library LOG files and deleted my CS5 version.

    In view of this stack trace it is trying tor read the license signging run configuration file server URL and have failed to do.

    I would check three things

    1.) is your implementation file in the right place (since you are on a windows system c:\config\fulfillment-conf.txt

    2.) is the Tomcat process has read access to the file (and directory c:\config)

    3.) are there spaces wandering around the key name, check for stray spaces located at the beginiing of the line and before the = sign

    I also see this setting:

    com.adobe.ADEPT.Fulfillment.Security.keystore.User = acs4user

    There is a bug in the version 4.0.3 and below that the only valid value is 'operator', which is also the default value.  It is better, until the bug gets fixed, to just remove this line.  This does not mean, however, that you will need to regenerate your .p12 file.

    I tried several times and re - install drivers and had the same problem after each attempt.

    Help, please.

    It's quite a few updates failed.  This can be linked to the issue, but we don't know really until the update problem is resolved.

    Read this document to Microsoft as it addresses this particular error.  It also has various tools to try in case the first option does not correct the problem.

    You can also try the Windows Update troubleshooting utility included in Windows 7.

    Go to start > Control Panel > find and solve the problems under system and security > fixed problems with Windows Update under system and security.

    Let me know what happens.

    Hmm, I think that before installing the display driver you must clean your system using CCleaner. This freeware tool removes the old driver files and cleans up the registry. Then, restart the installation of the laptop the latest driver on the official website of Toshiba.

    Furthermore, you also update the BIOS? You can find it on the Toshiba site too. :)

    I replaced the NVIDIA card and did a fresh install and everything works fine.
