  I am running Lr5.7.1 on an iMac, retina 5K (OS X Yosemite 10.10.1).) My printer (Epson XP-760) works fine with all other applications, but not with Lr! After choosing my printing preferences in the print Module, it works if I select print file and save it to the desktop and then return to preview and print from there. This is not what I want. I expect that the print button (bottom-right) should be disabled and not disabled and send to the printer directly from in the Lr print Module. It doesn't matter if the printer is turned on Wi - Fi or USB (or even both).

  What is the problem? What else can you or should I do to make it work as I hope?

  My Swedish is not good, but I think that you print on file. Did you try chaning where it says JPEG it changed printer?

  You might also on 5.7. On Lr if you go to the Help\System of information, what is the version number? If she is 5.7, you're not on 5.7.1. Yo can still update manually, go to Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1, download the dmg and install.

  Firefox 29 moved all the icons and the bar of the module to the main toolbar controls. If they equip all, there is an overflow drop-down menu, or you might find the icon in the personalization Control Panel.

  Assuming that the full feature software is installed, the following may be enough to solve:

  Set as the default printer

  I don't know how 'disable' the fax software - if you do not set the parameters, fax is essentially disabled the fax program does nothing - useful or harmful.  You need a landline connected to use fax - leave the disconnected landline and fax is essentially disabled.

  In the print module, I can't get the photo I want to print to display.  I just get a blank white print range in the print module.  I select the picture I want to print in the library and then go to the print module and it is empty.  If I go to one of my collections, it will display the 1st photo of the collection only.  What am I missing?

  Go to the Lightroom print module and select "Selected pictures" in the menu drop-down 'Use' in the toolbar.

  If the toolbar is not enabled, go to the view menu and choose Show toolbar.

• Up and down arrow keys not working not

  You can do it yourself; It is not too terrible a task to accomplish.

  Here is the Service Manual for your computer and page 50 are the instructions to remove the keyboard.  To actually get the keyboard itself you can contact HP support at 1-800-474-6836 if you reside in the United States or to the Canada or click on this link and select your location, and the number is provided for you.

  Now if you feel comfortable, the HP support service can provide you with a quote to get the keyboard replaced directly through them so that the option is still possible.

  Thank you very much, Rahul, but the problem is in the patch level of the SAP Logon for Windows: with level patch 2 it doesn't work; with the patch of level 7, I can view and print the pdf HRForm without problems.

  I wanted to print in black and white but still my printer print in color when there is a picture in the paper, it's really annoying because when I go to the properties of the printer I press black and white or black press ink only then when I press on save, I'll be back in the printer properties to find her back to color No matter how many times I put it in black and white it goes back to color. I tried pressing black and white and not return to the printer properties, but it still prints in color. Also, I changed my default settings of the printer in black and white through the control panel and tap Save.   Thank you for joining the HP support forums, I would like to help

  I understand that you are having problems when printing in black and white and also the printer goes "offline".

  Going through your post, this could be a problem with the printer drivers. In this case, we might need to uninstall the drivers and re - install the same.

  • If present, disconnect the USB cable between the printer and the computer.
  • Go to control panel of configuration-programs and feature - select the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now, click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/en5640/Basic_Webpack_x64-40.2.1073-EN5640_Basicx64_Webpack.exe and install the printer drivers.
  • If you are prompted, connect the USB cable.

  Now try to change the printing preferences:

  • Go to control panel - devices and printers - give Envy 5640 right-click and select Printing Preferences.
  • In the pop-up window, click on the 'Advanced' button - check for printing in grayscale option. Make sure it is turned on

  PS: Your printer support mode single cartridge. So if you want to completely stop color printing you can get out the color cartridge and use only black.
