I have Windows vista home basic with my laptop but after that I prepare his back upwards. and I removed from my laptop.and I have no genuine operating system.
can I get back to the top of my business laptop or microsoft.and how? and my lappy is always guaranteed...
Please help me

Simply contact the computer manufacturer and requrest one set of recovery disc (for a small fee) and you will be able to use them to restore your system to conditions of factory original if that becomes necessary.  As far as I know, you cannot replace the recovery Partition, if you have deleted-, but you can ask to the manufacturer so that you have them on the phone.  To this end, they may have a download or another disk.  Microsoft does these things and cannot help you with this problem.

Here is Microsoft's policy on replacement of software: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246/en-us.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!

    Hello

    My personal opinion is that you buy a more recent machine as Vista Basic came on machines that have the material basis for it requirements.

    Depends on hardware configuration required on later operating systems, and also find out if the manufacturer of the laptop computer is supported and provides drivers for operating systems later as to whether it is possible or feasible to upgrade or not.

    HP:

  • Windows 7 Home Basic preview window does not

    I'm using Windows 7 Home Basic Edition. I used to have overview of the taskbar, but I don't know what happened, he magically turned back into a bar with a title and never change. I don't know that it is not Aero problem because my computer is not installed Aero.

    I don't have no 'turn on the composition of the office' in the box. What should I do?

    If what I suggested does not resolve your problem, please do not mark as answer.

    Most peole who come to help do not bother to open a response message.

    Here are 2 tutorials which show you want to 'turn on' Aero win 7 Home Basic Edition. They both require downloading a program of "facilitator."
    The first link is to a VERY respectable and reliable source. I vouch for its safety and feasibility.
    A 2nd, I'm not familiar with.

    excerpt from the 1st link:
    Your machine must still meet the minimum hardware requirements before it can run Aero.

    For the Basic Home Edition users: Aero does not mean that transparency will be activated. Only the Aero taskbar thumbnails and perhaps a few other features will be turned on by this utility. There is no way to enable transparency on Windows Edition basic family.

  • Update Vista Home Basic to Premium Edition Office to allow access by laptop running Windows 7

    You can move from Home Basic to Home Premium, but Microsoft sells more than Vista.  You need to find a copy of retail, Vista Home Premium (not OEM) somewhere like eBay.  You can use either a copy of the upgrade or full license to do the upgrade.  eHow has an article on the actual upgrade process.

    http://www.ehow.com/how_6297506_upgrade-Vista-Home-Basic-Premium.html

    The article mentions that you need some version of upgrade, but they speak the old Anytime Upgrade which is no longer available.  Ignore this.

  • I have 2 imacs and a laptop computer and you want to back up all three wireless via time capsule on my existing wifi network. If we can also use the time capsule as my wifi and replace my uverse wifi, that would be great. possible?

    I have 2 imacs and a laptop computer and you want to back up all three wireless via time capsule on my existing wifi network. If we can also use the time capsule as my wifi and replace my uverse wifi, that would be great. possible?

    If you want to make sure that you will be able to get the Apple support in case of problems or questions with your backups, you must use the wireless Time Capsule to back up your Mac.

    As long as the time Capsule provides a wireless signal, you can decide who to your 'main' network, then use it wireless Uverse for "guest", or children. If you do not need the Uverse router/modem wireless at all, it is possible to turn off wireless on the device and make it work only as a support modem/router...with Uverse wired.

    At this point, you can start thinking about how you want to configure things and get back in touch if you need some advice on how to do it.  We need to know what operating system that uses the Mac that you normally use to administer the time Capsule, provide good instructions, if you need it.

  • How can I go back to the Home Basic edition of ultimate?

    Hi, I want to downgrade from vista ultimate return to Vista Home Basic. but I do not have my old drive. How can I do this please

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s of the recovery Partition.

    They will tell you how to do this.

    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

  • where can I get a winows vista home basic startup disk? And can I use a back up from another pc which is vista Home premium?

    be necessary to restart the laptop with Vista Home Basic, but do not have a backup, can make a backup of my desktop vista Home premium if it will work?

    Hello

    You cannot use a backup from a Home Premium computer to reinstall Vista Basic on another computer.

    There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

    There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

    You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

    They should do this for a small fee.

    To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

    You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

    How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

    "How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

    And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

    The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

    Ask them to the proper key sequence.

    And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

    Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

    If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

    Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

    If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

    You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

    Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

    And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

    Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

    "How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

    And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

    And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.
