WANT to 860-008na Phoenix: don't WANT to all new Phoenix 860-008na no video output

HI, I have unboxed a new PC today and he goes off and turn it on. However, I can not any video signal to you sign up on a monitor. I tried HDMI and DVI on 2 different monitors - no signal.  Any ideas please?

Thanks again - good advice.

No obvious loose connection, so I think that's a matter of 'Return to HP' for a replacement.

Sad - it should be a good piece of kit

I appreciate you trying.
